Ahh, can't believe I didn't put that together. That's been all over the news this week. Anyways, I'm out of town for a wedding but feeling good so I'm going to brave the cold and go for a run outside.

Nice, I may need to use that!
It's a play on "deerskin"
Ray Lewis supposedly used deer antler spray to help him recover from his triceps injury. There are also allegations of past usage.
i would be willing to bet that after he retires there will be a whole lot of allegations about old ray....a safe bet is that none of them will be good!!!
So had a good weekend! Didn't eat too bad at all at the super bowl party I was at so that helped. Hitting up the gym after work today and will weigh in but I feel the leanest I've felt on this stack. Unfortunately I'm almost done with the Blacktomorrow will be my last day of it and I will post a detailed review. I will continue with the T2 until it's gone. I am so pleased with this stack it will definitely be something that I will be buying when needing to cut again. I'll get more into detail on my review but, short version, it kicks ass!
Here's my arm workout from Friday as promised. Lookin forward to hittin up back today!

Thanks alot Marms for letting me try out the stack! I will definitely be picking up this stack again in the future. I was so pleased with LeCheek I'm going to be picking up SpeedX3 to try out as my next PWO! Thanks again LeCheek!
So just took my last dose of ECA Black and that makes meThis stack of OxyECA black and hyper t2 has surpassed my expectations by far. I started this with a goal of getting to 200 pounds. I started a little over three weeks ago at 215 and am pleased to report I weighed in at 203 today! Thats 12 lbs in under a month lost and I noticed no drop in strength. I started eating cleaner New Years so that helped as well but there is no way I would have lost as much without the help of this stack. I consistently had good clean energy throughout the day and never once felt jittery or anything like that. I noticed that along with the weight loss some new veins coming in and a quite noticable tightening in the ab region. Before this stack I always lifted with a PWO but while on the stack I didn't use one and I still had good energy. So I would highly reccomend this stack to anyone looking to cut while maintaining strength. I'll still update the log with my workouts til the t2 is gone but as we were tasked to log the stack, I wanted to do my review of the combo while it was still fresh! So if anyone has any questions about it or feedback I'll be here! I'm starting a run with a test booster starting today so my log will continue there as well when I'm done with the T2. So here's my workout today. Started the second week of PRRS which is the rep range day.

Wide grip lat pulldown 110x9 118x8 118x8 118x8

Reverse grip lat pulldown 110x15 110x15
Finished up with 20 minutes running. Felt great throughout workout!

WTF another log where my post didnt post ???????????????????????
Say what now?
So yesterday sure was a beast! I ended up not working out in the morning so I did Chest Shoulders today and will do arms tomorrow. I got a hell of a workout yesterday setting up for the football game last night though. From noon to 7 was non stop running cables and making sure everything was working, prolly did 500 sets of stairs with how many times I had to go up and down them. Then after all that did handheld camera on the field, and I could definitely feel the t2 during all of this. Had a good sweat going for sure! Best part of all of this is I saw some people I used to freelance with and they all mentioned how fit and trim I look. Gotta love a good ego boost! So I'm almost done with this stack so I weighed in this morning and drumroll please........... Weighed in at 201! That's 14 lbs lost and essentially no loss of strenghth or muscle. In fact my muscles look bigger and more defined than when I was at 215. Most of the weight lost had to have been in my midsection as I was carrying a decent amount of pudge. So I'm over the moon right now and am very pleased with how my 2013 has started!
Here's the workout this morning
Chest Shoulders Rep Range Day
BB Bench 205x7 4 sets at same weight. Last set was tough for me
seated machine incline thing that's plate loaded 80x10 80x11 85x11 (That's per arm)
Machine Fly 144x16 156x15
Then did pyramid on chest machine, started with 5 reps and added a rep each set until 10 reps. Last set burned real good!
Shoulder press machine 80x10 90x10 95x10 90x10
Dumbell lateral raise 20x10 20x10
Dumbbell front raise 20x10 20x10
No cardio today as my legs were still sore from yesterday! Will be hitting up arms tomorrow and will throw in some cardio at the end.
Nice results and thanks for trying out our products.
