Airborne gettin down NLA style!!!

Aaaaaaahhhh Bull****! Still beat record in weight but I'm not satisfied. Takin back off next week. Did do 405x5 goodmornings on Vid and curled some monster weight tho!

Nothin better then taking down a Recover-D shake for dessert ;-) delicious. Gonna need it. Hit Abs yesterday at home for first time in months and Damn I'm sore

Smashed shoulders today! Felt good! A lil nauseous! Almost done with my second bottle of Achilles and have not had any shoulder issues! Slowly working my shoulder strength back up! Was very hungry couldn't wait to get home and drink a Recover-D shake! It's my fav with VMS. Price wise between the two VMS has more per container at cheaper cost. This is the ONLY issue I have with Recover-D. But Recover-D has proven more effective in the recovery department. The taste is delicious!

Maybe when it gets to Nutra, they will give us the price point we are looking for. Hoping anyway...

Haha the weekends are recovery! Just switched up my diet a lil to drop some unwanted fat. Eating clean!
 
Back in the mix today! Squat day! Gonna go balls to the wall. My aggression is up... I have one more serving of Swoll-N before I post a final review for it. Still a few more servings of Recover-D. It's my treat. Tryin to find some other ideas to make out of it ;-)
