Killin it with Genomyx Origin

Origin is about perfect for cardio. My heart rate stays around 150-165 never overwhelming energy where it feels like too much.
 
I agree the performance benefits are not just a crazy caffeine rush. I hate most pre work outs because they kill my cardio.

I agree, I normally skip pwo's on cardio nights but with Origin I don't have to.
 
The last few days have been good. Origin has been a lifesaver as I'm still not over whatever sickness I have.
 
Be careful di caffeine malate is smooth but lasts a long time. It may be hard to sleep if you over do it at night.
 
So far Origin has been a fairly decent Pre workout. My energy has been good and endurance fairly good as well. The taste is great, can't say enough about that especially when about the only other thing I drink is water, Origin is like a treat!! I'm used to pwo's with more of a "punch" to them but I tended to crash from them only a short time later. I don't get that with Origin, just a nice steady stream of energy.

Yeah I am the same way about the taste. Makes it too easy to use as my caffeine source for my EC.

I can only echo the same sentiments here with regards to the taste and long lasting crashless energy from Origin. I look forward to working out because I know I get to drink it :)

It took me a little while to get used to the flavor actually. The first couple times I did 2 scoops in 10+ oz water and was like, "eh." Now I do 3 scoops in ~6 oz water and am like "Dang!" It's much more sour...reminds me of a good cherry candy. Like you, I look forward to drinking it now.

I really liked the flavor at first but for me it's a little too sweet

I am the opposite of you. I like things kind of watered down and the taste to be light.

So I've been slacking on this log and for that I apologize. My workouts have been really strong. Energy level is good. Each workout better than the last. Within the last couple of weeks I have hit PRs on squats (405x2) and bench (315x2) my muscles are looking very defined and full. Vascularity is better than its ever been. I have been able to cut my rests between sets almost in half. I would say Origin is in my top 5 for pwo's. I have started adding more water which makes the taste less strong. I am taking origin 2 times a week as I tend to build a tolerance rather quickly to it.
 
Keep it up! The only thing I use for every work out is protocol. :)

Thanks! I just got done with a bulk so I'm going to be upping my cardio now and will take it on those days I'm thinking.

It works well for cardio. I only take one scoop anytime I take it. Interested to hear how it works out for you. :)
