I like to get in 3 meals before I go to the gym with the last one containing at least 75-100 g carbs. After that is settled, I look at my training journal and see if I need to do anything specific this workout from notes of the last time I hit that bodypart. I pick an outfit I feel confident in that day either cover (machine) or reveal (beast) depending on how I want to feel. I down my pwo about 15 minutes prior with some added ornithine powder and some Vit C and bioflavonoids. I drive to the gym and then clear my head for the journey of that workout.

Took my first dose of Versa-1 today. Today was an off day. It was like a combo stim/nootropic feeling. I don't even know if I could handle taking this with a pre-workout. Maybe half a dose pre-workout. Crazy focus and I didn't get tired all day. This stuff is seriously better than I expected. Didn't think it would be instant like this. Now I'm afraid to take anything with caffeine in it!

Do it. I tried it with jack3d micro and it was nothing short of amazing. I even noticed a difference with the preWO I've been using for the past month or so. Focus is intense. The overall feeling really is hard to describe tho..i love it. So glad i got on this, **** the haters.
 
Yep everyone is anxious about the new micro flavor.. Since most stores carry only fruit and lemon, it's always great to get a new flavor out.. I
 
Last 30 min at work - Down a whey shake and prep BCAA mix to use intra-workout. Get off work, get in my car and put on classic rock, alternative, metal or rap. Anything with a fast beat. 1 1/2 hours later, I arrive at the gym. Change, focus and start lifting. Sip BCAA during workout.

My PUMP UP PLAN! wake up at like 3pm. i Work graveyard shift :(. eat a peach greek yogurt and down a protean chocolate truffle flavor shake. yumm, then proceed to my room MAKE 100% sure i have my headphones! nothing is worse then getting to the gym and digging in your gym bag to find no headphones! Fill Up a smart water bottle liter of water. then blast some rap on the way to the gym! then tear sh!t up after i drink focus xt without caffiene or take my last powermax sample! then continue the endurance with some aminolast! dang writing this got me all pumped up haha. i will throw in my versa1 and agmatine in about a week then things will get REAL!

I just read a review of this stack, I am impressed. I am going to have to grab some versa-1 if I win this Jack 3D micro and compound 20, that stack sounds incredible!

Gym prep starts the night before. Get the fluids and nutrition topped off before bed. Down some mucuna before bed. Get as much sleep as I can. No reading or tv in bed, just sleeping or sex. Alarm goes off at 4:52 AM but I'm already up a few minutes before it goes. I'm exciting to get up, but not bouncing off the walls. Take a hot shower to get the body warm. Down some bcaas beta alanine jacked micro and small serving of protein/carbs/electrolytes during the drive. No music. Try not to drive like a jerk (mixed results on this). Just think about the work I'm going to put in, good technique and the satisfaction I will get when i execute the plan. at the gym i use the foam roller on back and legs, then some standing squats or setups to get the hr up and body warm. Next are shoulder dislocates and bar only shoulder presses. Then I go to work. I focus on the correct setup to hit my targets on the compound lifts. Things like breathing patterns, hand placement, engaing the core muscles, and spinal alignment.
 
Plan is to break 10% BF barrier by April. Never been there before, so we'll see. Currently ~12% by 7-point caliper test.

I can add it to my versa test powder jacked micro preworkout!!! Get big and full my April then go on a cut and have the best body I've ever had thanks to usp
 
Hmm my preworkout plan include waking up at 4am and immediately popping my versa-1 tab with either jack3d or whatever i have on hand. i throw on my headphones and proceed to get my protein and Modern BcAA ready for the day and gym clothes on. Feed and then take the dog out. I pack up my work clothes and grab my food for the day and it's on to the gym I go.

I still have yet to try it with the Micro but from what I hear its great!

I'm going to throw my app in.

Mine is pretty simple

Alarm goes off around 330am, head to the kitchen grab my two tall shakers filled with my favorite meal of the day (74g oats, 48g egg white protein choc, one large banana and ice) that I blend up the night b4. Right now I take my two Anabeta and Beta alanine with my shake while I read my log book figuring which numbers to beat from previous week or what else I need to improve on.

20 mins later I drink my pre which currently just happens to be micro. I'm also trying a few others so I switch them up. Warm up the car, let the dogs out then drive to the gym. Since I'm in my very first "prep mode" right now I pull up my "fat ass" pic of myself I have on my phone and stare at it on the way to the gym to remind me of where I've come from. Then I usually hit up Tupac or Biggie while warming up then its game time!
