Im thinking of taking my first PH next bulk in the form of LG Trifecta stack.
If my diet was a par (300 cals surplus) and my training was solid (2 days on, 1 day off) How much muscle can someone gain in a single cycle?
I know this is different for everyone, but I just wanna see if its worth it before I take the plunge
