Alphamine is the real deal. I would put its fat burning properties equal to ECA (for me anyhow), but the extra ingredients for muscle preservation are what makes it a winner. I used it on a recomp when it first came out, had a really sloppy diet due to some personal issues and not having much time to prepare food, and still leaned out while gaining strength at about the same clip I was on a lean bulk.
It also really helps with appetite during fasting periods and tastes pretty good. Looking forward to a nice 3 month long run of it next month for a cut.
