generally pills have way more then natural tea.. the commom dose with pills are 500mg with something around 70-90% polyphenols and 50% EGCG... now what most studies leave out is that Green Tea must be consumed with caffeeine for its maximal potency. Just a few days before the HGH study AA published a brazilian study that demonstrated the weight loss, muscle preserving and tryglecyrides lowering effects of green tea on women... (the combo they used had 27mg of cafeine and green tea with 189 polyphenols, much lower then capsules) that was given twice a day. Also theres another study from Japan which shows Green Tea inhibs two enzimes that are responsible for removing testosterone from bloood stream. I use PRIMAFORCE lean GREEN and I take it with a bit of regular coffee 3 times a day.
