Hey guys so im 26 looking to start my next cycle

I plan on running test e with dbol for a kick start cycle will go as followed

Week 1-4 : test e(500mg) each week
Dbol 30mg each day
Arimidex .5mg each day

Week 6-10: test e(500mg) eaxh week
Arimidex .5mg each day

Week 12-16: start pct
Nolva 40/30/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

I was wondering if this should be alright and any tips to prevent water retention on dbol would be very handy thanks guys.

Go 12 weeks with the test and 50 mgs on the dbol. Also IMO no need for both clomid and Nolva. If you've never PCT'd before and have a bad reaction to one how are you going to know which one is causing the problem? I personaly would recommend Nolva. No need to taper. mane sure you have an AI on hand. And as far as water retention with dbol goes make sure your drinking as much water as possible. The more water in= more water out. Plus it will help
Combat cramps that come with dbol.

1-12 test e 500 mg
1-4 dbol 50 mg
14-18 Nolva 20/20/20/20

My trainer told me to run clomid and nolvadex because it will block all factors, gyno bloat and testosterone recovery but i guess ill just stick too nolva

The problem with test is i have 2 x 10ml vials and ill have to get another one just for those two weeks which will cost alot but ill see how i go.

Isnt 50 mg too high bro dont want to go to hard on dbol because i dont wanna bloat up to much trynna stay lean as possibile and dont want to become like a ball the purpose was to have a mild kickstart to see some gains, any suggestions?

The bloat is going to be mostly diet dependent. And 50 is pretty standard. As for the AI I've only used adex and it worked well for me.
 
Oh okay does this look good for keep bloat down?

8:00 - 1 & 1/2 cup oats uncooked 7 eggwhites with 2 yolks and hald full o berries

10:15 - 1 / 1/2 cup cooked brown rice with 200 grams of kangaroo meat

1:00 - 1 & 1/2 cup cooked brown rice with 250 g steak

Pre workout meal - low gi rice crackers with natural peanut butter

Post workout - protein shake and vitargo

6:15 - green vegetables with 250 g chicken tenderloins

9:15 - casein shake

All meals will have no salt included to reduce water retention apart from eggs which already contains high sodium
