Anabolic Growth kit. Guidance and critique appreciated

Ive decided to try to stick with one company as much as possible when i take my supps. Gonna start with AMS and do my first PH run. originally purchased the pro anabolic kit, but decided to go for broke and bought the 1AD. I have 2 full kits. Will be doing a full 8 week cycle. then aromx and Daa for pct. ive read that clomid may be needed, so i will make that purchase later in the week

gonna add augmentor in week 2. only have one bottle.
will also be using bcaas, creatine, vitamin, preworkout.

Gonna use the workout template for the Anabolic Growth kit that is on the AMS website. Will use lean gains diet protocol. Workout first thing in the morning fasted. Cardio will be my 2 mile bike ride to and from the gym.

dosing will start preworkout, then post workout, then spread out throughout the day for the remaining four. Which would be best to take preworkout?

My goal is to drop the holiday fat while gaining lean muscle. Not interested in getting HUGE, just quality muscle.

ive read that after this 3 month cycle, i should take 3 months off before trying another PH. Does that rule apply for natty test boosters? would it be ok to run an anabeta/erase cycle a month after pct?

I am 36 years old btw.

get clomid like you plan because of the 8 weeks. and youll be fine with natty stack a month after pct. theres no suppression on the "natty" stuff. they just make your balls work better
 
With an 8 week run I would suggest that you consider using a SERM during your PCT. Also, a month after PCT you should be find to run an Erase/Anabeta cycle.

As far as which would be best to take pre workout I would list my preference in this order: 1-AD, Decavol, 4-AD.

I did an 8-weeker and used clomid in PCT. I am sure that most would recommend a serm for anything >4 weeks.

You will love this stack, it really shines as you get deep into it after the 3rd week. I did not experience any negative sides so I bought a few more sets for future use.

Yes and I've read a million ****ing people who went 8 weeks on this with no serm and recovered well.

Doesn't even matter I'm using a serm for this stack anyway because I'm double dosing and stacking with PBold for 8 weeks

BTW I emailed AMS reps and they said no serm necessary just throwing that out there. AMS kit won't have sides but the serm sure as **** will lol
