For me Korn, Rob Zombie, Pantera and Kataklysm are the must have in my workout playlists. But whatever it is it's just gotta be loud to cover up the bs music the gym is playing.

The only i guess you could say hardcore type stuff i'm really into and have been since my early teen years are Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, and System of a Down, the only groups i like in which their is screaming in them. Other than that, i can listen to anything in the gym that i like in the outside world, like i listen to Sublime, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana etc (their also is screaming in most of Kurt's songs but it's a different type in which i can't explain ) on a daily basis, i also listen to that in the gym, i don't need loud head banging music for the gym.
