Forgot to ask, did you have any Gi issues with the T-Blast?

I've definitely noticed increased gas.... Otherwise, I wouldn't say anything really major - I did have to spread the dosing/take with food.

It was my first time using a DAA product and I had one issue. Not to go really in depth but I did experience some constipation

Interesting - at least from what I've read, the issue is usually being way too fast not slower, if ya catch my drift... Maybe not enough hydration?

Yeah could just be an individual thing. For me, I cant take Anabeta fasted preworkout - I get woozy & flu-like feeling. Goes away almost instantly when I eat, but d@mn.... So I tried all 6 T-Blast preworkout along with 2 AB pre - I felt like crap before I even started... That was the last time I did that.

Yea, that's too much!! I would do 3 pre and 3 more later in the afternoon. Would also take Muscle Marinate PWO too

Notes: Felt a-ok this morning. A little stiff in my back still, but the only place it was noticed in my workout were during rows – I dropped off early in my last set, as I started to notice it in my back a little. I had to abort one set early from my last superset because I ran out of time. Oh well – I was pretty spent anyway. As it seems my squat has been keeping pace with my bench, I need to attack my squats a bit more. Next time I’ll need to get some video for a form check.

Had a great pump through my workout-I really notice it with overhead press.

My diet hasn’t been the best recently with all the x-mas leftovers – desserts & sweets. I’ve been feeling it…

Looks like I’m in the last week of my run (Ultimate Stack, as well as, my 8-week natty stack – AB, AD-3) – all good things must come to an end sometime I guess….

Going back to basics – perfecting my squat form. That little tweak in my back last week gave me a wake up call… My goal for this year is to break 300 on the big 3 lifts, but not at the expense of getting hurt. I want to cruise past that mark, not stumble up to it.

Tried out a new grip style for front squats – I saw on a T-Nation video, this guy put his wrist straps on the bar, then held onto the excess strap – similar to the olympic style grip, just not as stressful on the elbow.

Only 2 days left of my stack – everything has been great, except for the unruly amounts of gas I’ve had…lol…

Well, yesterday marked my last day of Anabeta  I also realized I hadn’t been taking AD-3 since week 4 or 5… Basically, I had only remembered to take it maybe 2 times since the Christmas holidays…. I had 2 bottles to start & I still have one full bottle…

So that leads me to another idea – since I more or less bailed on the AD-3 with that run, why not start a new stack? Digging in my cupboard, I find this (40 days) – Division 1, HGH Pro, & AD-3 – Anyone see an issue with that?

I’ve never ran any stinging nettle products before & am curious… I had read about running an AI with divanil & also ran across some talk about L-Dopa synergy as well


I’m really liking the Supp-D & definitely looking forward to trying out the new version. It hits quick & does the job…

How did you like it? I cannot do squats the traditional way because of the stress and strain it puts on my shoulders. I was looking for another way to do squats without having to do hack squats on a machine and I think that video really helps me out. Thanks LizKing!!

Awesome!!! Glad to help! I personally really like these. Cross arm & Oly grips have always felt either unstable or just uncomfortable.

Have you ever tried barbell hack squats? Invalid Link Removedl - I did these for a while until I got a decent squat rack.

Way back in HS taking a weightlifting class, that is the way we did deadlift.
 
Yeah i tweaked my back a bit going for a back squat PR, so since then I've been working on strengthening every related lift so it doesn't happen again...

Great workout today. DLs are progressing nicely - started losing form a bit at the last set (upper/lower body getting out of sync), but overall everything felt strong. Decided to tack some box squats at the end & was greatly surprised with how they went. Everything seems to be on track again. That spot I tweak it still a bit sore - feels like someone punched my buttcheek really hard...I dunno - kinda weird. Doesn't bother me at all during training though

Adding the scoop of Hemavol was a nice little addition - I seem to be a pretty god responder to it, not so much pump, but endurance. I’m officially out of T-Blast :( Only a couple servings left of everything else. Gonna miss it...until I get some more :) This has been an awesome addition to my natty run. My official final review is coming very soon…(forgot to save my first draft & must rewrite it…lol)

I'm loving the combo - Supp-D Swoll-N & Hemavol - that might be my new favorite. Was feeling great, despite a weird workout. We had guests staying over in our house. Well, I workout as soon as I wake up. In order to not bother them, I really focused on controlling the weight & making everything as smooth (and quiet) as possible. Ended up being a killer morning after all!

A huge thanks to Justin & all the guys at Team NLA Performance for picking me to log the Ultimate Stack!!! What a way to top off my Anabeta run!

I managed to stay the same weight all thru the holidays (@180 +- a couple) – looking in the mirror, I’d say successful recomp - dropped some fat & filled out a bit more. My strength was high & libido was thru the roof. Although I did get sick in the middle of this run, I came back as strong & pushed through.

I did experience a bit of GI discomfort. It was never anything serious, but then again, it was almost always present though out the run. The holiday season is the perfect time to take advantage of all those extra cals. So I can't knock it too hard, since my diet definitely could have been better. Of course this stack can be run by itself, however, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to add an extra edge to a natty stack –

T-Blast:

DAA plus goodies – effective & noticeable difference compared to straight bulk DAA. Libido stayed insanely high ;) It was somewhat similar to stacking Perform with DAA. I did experience quite a bit of gas from this though. Had great aggression in the gym. I had 4 weeks of SS DAA already under my belt when starting T-Blast. It was a nice surprise to feel a bit of an extra push once T-Blast was brought in.

Supp-D

1.5 scoops treats me kindly. It’s the fastest acting PWO I’ve ever tried. Mix it up, drink it down, & by the time I get into my warm up, I’m already rockin’! Taste could be improved on – so I’m looking forward to what’s in store for ver 2.0. Supp-D is top notch & would definitely recommend –

Recover-D

Very good taste – it could double as a dessert. Great mixability & texture – just toss a couple scoops in my blender bottle – shake it up & go. Chocolate with a hint of something else – some have said cinnamon, sometimes I feel like it tasted more like coconut flavor. In any case, it’s delicious!

Swoll-N

This stuff is where the magic was at with this stack for me. The first couple times I took it, the pumps were so intense that it actually hampered my performance. Vascularity greatly increased. Started seeing veins pop out that I didn’t know where there – always nice :)

Bonus tip: Supp-D, Swoll-N, & Hemavol – PWO - the god of thunder personally comes down from the sky and knocks out your heavy sets for you - loved it :)
