Definitely want to add in MSM, glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin. Those are relatively cheap too and very effective for most people

I used it for years and never really found any benifit for me. Might try it though

I second MSM. Get the powdered Opti-MSM form and have her work up to about 1 tablespoon per day for awhile to assess tolerance and allow for detox. I've played with dosing this last few months and more seems to be better (also indicated in some of the literature), however I do not have RA. I recommend it for the aging BBer crowd as well. Beyond joint comfort, it really seems to decrease the DOMS that had been a chronic problem for me. Skin tone and elasticity really improved after a week or two of use.

I added a scoop of Magnesium Fizz to the MSM in about 12 ounces of water and it really helps the taste.

I definitely want to try the borax thing:)

The thing with RA though is that its not really the joints that are the issue, its the inflation in the joints. Repairing the joint isnt the issue as much as trying to stop the inflimation.

RA is caused by amoeba's that cause the inflammation, which is one reason why Boron works so well, as it is one of the strongest anti-fungal and anti-parasitic things you can take. Once the amoeba's are killed off and flushed from the body, the body will start healing itself...

some of this stuff on RA is just crazy, whether its true or not I'm not sure. But amoeba's causing it, if my mom were to go to her doctor and tell them that they would laugh in her face. just some crazy stuff.

I take orange triad vitamins which has 500 mcg of boron. I only take 2 pills in the morning plus krill oil. Should i supplement an extra bottle of boron for a higher dose for my arthritis?

If you go back and look at a lot of the research and findings that came out in the 1920s and 1930s I think that was the golden age . Before Big Pharmacy, before the FDA came to power, before the AMA and other associations came to true power, many many very interesting finds were found that have been lost because they do jot rely on drugs.

The fact remains 95% of RA cases respond to Boron. Boron is an exceptionally strong anti parasitic. It doesn't take much to connect the dots.
And honestly, I usually laugh in my Doctor's face at what they tell me.

If you want to read something that makes your head spin, read up on Royal Raymond Rife and what he accomplished. One of the most brilliant minds in human history...

I took my first dose of borax, 1/4tsp in water today. Still alive, (so far) ill see if it helps my chronic knee pain.

If you think amoebas are a laughable cause..then you simply haven't studied much about parasitology. Billions of humans all sharing the same food, same water, and space are basically a hapless crop of food for thousands of species of bacteria, fungus, nematodes, trematodes, etc etc. Disturbing stuff.

Regardless of all that, if there is a simple, cheap, and safe way to treat a malady..I'm all for it. As long as it's safe..why not?

Just picked up twin lab tri- boron plus. Has vitamin D, calcium, zinc, copper, manganese & boron. Hopefully will help with arthritis stiffness.

Lol, I have been taking it for months now, you will be fine. You may have some slight kidney discomfort at first due to the boron mixing with the fluoride in your body and it flushing it out and it killing off some microbials that may be releasing toxins that have to get filtered out(herxheimer reaction). f it gets too bad, skip a day or two and try again and you should be OK...happened to me, no big deal.

why the norm dosage is 1-3mg for boron but "AOR Ortho Bone" has 700mg of Boron Citrate ?

for Borax dosing

"Standard dose = 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of concentrate. This has 25 to 30 mg of borax and provides about 3 mg of boron. Take 1 dose per day mixed with drink or food. If that feels right then take a second dose with another meal. If there is no specific health problem or for maintenance you may continue indefinitely with 1 or 2 doses daily.

If you do have a problem, such as arthritis, osteoporosis and related conditions, cramps or spasms, stiffness due to advancing years, menopause, and also to improve low sex hormone production, increase intake to 3 or more spaced-out standard doses for several months or longer until you feel that your problem has sufficiently improved. Then drop back to 1 or 2 doses per day."

Even Borax the most they recommend is 3 dosages which is about 90mg

sub'd out of curiousity's sake - I've used Borax for preserving squirrel & turkey tails, but never knew of any benefits related to ingesting it

Been meaning to try Wobezyme. I have been trialing serrapeptase for several months, which does seem to help a bit. Some patients with RA have reported worsening of symptoms with it though.

Ive been doing an 8th of a tsp of borax for about a week now, and so far so good.

Lol the second, havent really had any joint pain in the last few years, had it real bad in the knees when I was younger though.
