what day are you on with the t-blast?
Day 10: I just got through running a daa booster prior to t-blast durring my pct. So I'm realy enjoying thet-blast rite now lol T-blast I feel a lot more off it than the d-pol I just ran, but then again I was on pct too. But I am getting amazing sexual energy off this for sure, and in the gym its as if I'm on aas.

My apetite is at an all time high! Great day for that, gunna kill me lots of turkey, ham, another smoked ham and another smoked turkey lol and all those goodies and pies. Lol

Ok boys had a damn good chest workout today. To be honest I feel as if I'm on the Juice :)

Also I am running Joint Mechanic Plus for MST too see if I can get over my f'ed up back trouble. Would love to have ya following along there aswell.

Afterwards slammed 2 scoops of recover-d. This is the 2nd time working chest and I know I said I wouldn't do this because I regressed the first time I did, well today I progressed haha

T-blast is realy kicking in already but I'm actualy coming off another daa booster. Loven t-blast and wife is too as the libido jacked up now ;)

Was truly pumped today, ready for more. But now its shopping time with the wifey.

Thanks Brotha! And yes I was feeling good :)

On the other hand my main lifts are done for awhile according to my dr. He said I have a tear in my glut lol. I laugh but it hurts like a mother effer. Waiting on vikes and muscle relaxers now :)

He still gave me the green light on all other lifts except deads, leg press, and squats. Skipped todays chest because of pain but tomorrow its on for sure.

I ll go full force starting next week!!!! Last couple of holiday visits and dinners!! ugh, fun but killing me!! not at weight class right now... hahaha.. close thou.. in july i had to drop 22 lbs in 35 days to make weight.. getting too old for that!!!

yeah, i have ran d-pol also...up until now it was the best daa based product i had ran. considering the boost in libido/energy/mood/appetite/motivation and even some strength gain i am sold on t-blast!!! and i am only on day 15. i think i am more surprised from the strength gain than anything since i take 2 packs androgel daily,[trt].

Thanks man. I was just feeling it today. In fact I am about to lift another session of back and abs. The T-BLAST has me recovering like crazy but I also had a low key past couple weeks. I have had the equivalent of shin splints in my forearms for awhile now because I have been preacher curling too heavy. Minus a couple days I have pretty much lifted for just a half hour every day for the past couple weeks. Needless to say I am all healed up now and looking to be 5' 10" 215 lb shredded up for the Los Angeles Fitness Expo January 19th!

. I have had the equivalent of shin splints in my forearms for awhile now because I have been preacher curling too heavy!

So that's what I feel in my arm.... Topsof forearm close to elbow? I got some clicks in the elbow too. That all started when I was getting heavy on preacher curls. I was hitting 70lbs ... But at the time my arms were exploding and I felt strong as hell didn't want to stop.

Yeah I'm loven t-blast myself, I feel totaly different on it.

Your on trt? I'm going to look up androgel havnt heard of it before.

Update: took 2 scoops of supp-d, 3 swoll-n caps, 6 t-blast caps, and last but not least half a vike for my torn muscle. Didn't want to take a full, but still was painful but the aggression from t-blast pushed me over the top.

Also took 3 caps of JMP for my joints and it seems to help my shoulder pain. Only time will tell

Still throwing the big weights around bro! This might sound bad but I'm glad it's a torn muscle and not something spinal! Muscles can heal but once you hurt your spine your pretty much out! I'll be ordering one of them ultimate stacks over the next few days! ;)

I cannot wait to get in the gym today! I have been packing orders for 3 hours straight cuz this holiday sale has been epic for us! I plan on doing power cleans, bench press, and weighted dips today. Besides that anyone have any advice for some good chest lifts? I am looking to add width to my chest.

Yea Doctors told me to never do again.. Lol.. I wasnt goin to retire from the platform on the doctors table. I rehabbed for a yr and am starting my comeback.. With NLA backing me i see records falling again in 2013!!!!!

Wide Grip but 2 count pause on every rep!!!

Or

5 count down- 2 count pause - explode 1/4 way up back down another 2 count pause then all the up to lock out with a 5 count up!!!

usually can only do like 3-5 reps depending on weight but will fry your chest!!!

I think I will go for reelz! I'm only about 3.5 hours away. I will talk to my wife about it, she makes all the decisions haha! Not sure if I will have the money but I should be good by then. Lots of overtime :)
