Now my next dilemma - Christmas festivities & training days - drop out a rest day & get an extra training day in, as I'll be traveling several days in a row, or just have a bit extra rest & drop out training days that don't coincide with my plan?

My diet slipped the past couple days & it showed this morning. GI issues were more prevalent today (mostly on account of diet). My strength felt way down, but I was able to push through it & still nab a couple PRs….
Supp-D: 1.5 scoops is a decent dose – I was dragging a$$ getting into the mood to lift, but managed to get it in

Swoll-N: this stuff makes me all tingly – really feel the pump each workout.

T-Blast: libido has been staying strong – dosing 6 caps preworkout – took a couple days for my stomach to accept it, but all good now

Recover-D: super tasty – one of these days I’m going to mix it with milk – it’s been great so far with just water

Notes: still felt off today. My wife’s sick with some sort of cold/flu, so I hope I’m not next. Decided to hit up some higher reps today & really burn things up. I smoked my shoulders on seated OHP. Used the cable station for both pulls, really concentrated on the contraction & form. The pump I had when I finished was unreal – I felt like my arms were going to pop off.

thanks man! front squats are tough - they still feel really new to me - seem to blast the quads a bit harder & hit the core at a new angle. My abs were sore after doing them the first time.

Yeah flogging molly is a lot of fun! I saw them probably about 10 years ago at the knights of columbus hall @ northside of indy - was a blast!

Spent the holiday weekend sick as a dog - We had to travel around for x-mas, but otherwise I was in bed. Felt a little better wednesday, so I tried to get in the gym - did a few sets & went right back to bed. Just keeping up on my fluids & restosterone ;) hopefully I get my appetite back soon...

Nope - we got about an inch of slush. I'm jealous! I was up there for Christmas just hoping to catch a good snowfall.

Louisville never gets really good snow - usually slush or just straight ice - lost power for 7 days a few winters ago in a big ice storm down here.

lol....too dammed hot or too dammed cold.....we get a nice day temp wise and it either rains or wind is gusting to 50mph. or else we get no rain and everything dies, whats not to love, lol. oh yeah we also get bitch daniels for gov!!!:frustrate

Notes: Still not quite 100% - mostly chest congestion, but still kinda weird GI issues.

Kinda f’ed up my back this morning… I was going for a new squat PR on reps – my form broke down at the bottom & my butt slid back, placing more of the loads directly on the lower back. Sh!t got weird for a second, but I managed to regain control & rerack the weight safely. I need to remember to not go after PRs first thing in the morning – I think I just went into it too quickly & rambunctiously – not warmed up enough. Hopefully, this is only a minor irritation.

Supp-D - still kicking in quick as can be – good wake up & go energy.

T-Blast – libido is still high, great aggression in the gym
Swoll-N – I like this stuff quite a bit, I’ve never taken anything that’s really made my quads ‘pop’ like the pump I get with this

Recover-D – Still tasting great, easy mixing

Overall Notes – I can’t pin down a culprit, as I’ve been sick as well recently, but GI issues have forced me to space out my dosing on T-Blast & the rest of my supps. I must take Anabeta with food recently, otherwise I just feel ill. I’ve had a lot of gas, before I got sick & especially since. As the holidays pass, I’m expecting a lot of the GI distress to settle back down, as I continue to regain health & being able to keep my diet much cleaner.

I’m definitely seeing more definition in the mirror & my weight is still hanging around 180 – so it seems I’ve gained & continue to hold a couple (@4) good clean pounds

I’m going to try & work in more hiit & yoga into my off days or afternoons, hoping to knock out as much fat as possible & start the summer off shredded

Notes: Felt a-ok this morning. A little stiff in my back still, but the only place it was noticed in my workout were during rows – I dropped off early in my last set, as I started to notice it in my back a little. I had to abort one set early from my last superset because I ran out of time. Oh well – I was pretty spent anyway. As it seems my squat has been keeping pace with my bench, I need to attack my squats a bit more. Next time I’ll need to get some video for a form check.

Had a great pump through my workout-I really notice it with overhead press.

My diet hasn’t been the best recently with all the x-mas leftovers – desserts & sweets. I’ve been feeling it…

Looks like I’m in the last week of my run (Ultimate Stack, as well as, my 8-week natty stack – AB, AD-3) – all good things must come to an end sometime I guess….

Awesome - I think mine's blueberry as well - I love getting a new PWO - like having a little mini x-mas before my workout...lol
