185 today, traps/rear delts went flawlessly today. So far strength is extremely higher than normal
If i use a calculation from the weight i used today for bb shrugs i was 30% up from a few weeks ago. Rear delt reverse rows were up 25%.

Holding at 187 as of this morning, bumped stano to 1000mg. Still no sides to report nor back pumps. Yesterdays workout went like this:
Incline bb bench
Flat bb bench
Db flat fly's
Machine fly's
Dips
Close grip press
Tri push down
Single arm constant tension rep pull downs
Again strength is solid and was stopped numerous times by gym members and their questions on how to build muscle.

Once mecha is finished I will run stano 2 weeks after and was wondering if there is a good way to continue the cycle without creating a problem?

Yeah, just a thought seeing i have zero sides. But if its not a good idea then no biggie
If you're not having any issues I don't see any real reason not to extend it just be prepared for a tougher restart in pct. Shouldn't be too bad though. Stacking clomid with nolva might be a good idea for better recovery.

Im already up 16, if 4 weeks of sd would only net another 8 i think i would hold off.

Lately I have been feeling "off" per se. I did not dose mecha this morning and felt really good today at work, I dosed 75mg around 4 and 50mg just now and will see how that works out. I've got around 5 days left and have to say I'm completely exhausted and getting annoyed with the constant pump feeling. I struggle putting on my seat belt and all my clothes are now too small, plus the ole' lady hates my new size. Trying to consume 3000 plus cals everyday is also taking its toll on me mentally and I'm ready to start pct and then a nice deload.
Side note: I'm wondering if adding ostarine during pct will help keep me anabolic and allow me to drop a few cals.

today marks the last dose of mecha, will post a final review after work
officially took last dose, heres is my experience in a nut shell:
dosing went 75/100/100/100/100/125/125 mecha, 0/600/600/800/800/1000/1000 stano in which im running for 2 more weeks before pct. starting weight was 171 and today i weighed in at 187 in the nude. i also appear somewhat leaner in the midsection and the added mass is extremely noticeable. my calorie surplus was in the 500-1000 range and calorie counting was randomly performed, i did not always hit my macros and missed doses here and there along with the cycle supports.
sides
besides initial headaches, none! no sides whatsoever, not even backpumps.
strength
every single exercises were alot heavier than ever before and were performed with ease. i did not shoot for any pr's as my only goal was size. although along with the strength and heavy lifts my forearms were randomly sore along with knees.
size
gained 16lbs, kinda speaks for itself. i plateau'd at 187 and was hoping for 190 but just became extremely exhausted and had no interest on increasing cals.
recovery
was in the gym 6 days a week and recovery was insane, zero doms and sometimes i hit legs every other day as they are my weakpoint. very rarely was i sore.
water retention
minimal at best which will easily come off during pct
over all im very happy with the outcome and really pleased with the zero sides. im sad to see its discontinued but have the up most faith that more fantastic products will be available. im looking forward to my next run with ultradrol.

so.....sunday night caught a nasty stomach virus and as of this morning im down 2 lbs, go figure right. today i will slowly consume my normal cals and possibly a small surplus to compensate. the 2 lbs however is all fluid weight but i feel extremely week. still managed to keep the stano down
