Today was a back day and yesterday i did legs and chest because i needed motivation for legs lol

2 sets of 10 deep pull ups
lat pulldowns 4 sets of 12,10,10,8 135,180,230,250
Cable v bar pulldown 3 sets of 12,10,8 135,150,165
Cable wide grip pulldown 3 sets of 10,10,20 135,135,120
Smith machine barbell rows 3 sets of 10,10,8 185,185,205
Cable rows with straight bat 3 sets of 10 110
Great two workouts. Havent really gotten any stronger yet but I know my test is up, sex drive through the roof. Tomorrows shoulders!!!!
