Dang! As a former track star myself, a whole second your time is something to stand up and cheer about!!! Amazing how detailed we get on stride, block stance, form that all the difference in our time.
Gained 15 pounds. All my lifts have gone up a substantial amount. My squat is the most impressive going from 315 to 405. Can't wait to see what happens next year!
