anyone know if i can take cetirizine instead of ketotifen or benadryl to upregulate my B2 receptors?

i CANNOT stand the drowsiness and either give me, even upon waking.

Pre bed is a good does time for ketotifen but i've never noticed any of the drowsiness sides with quality grade pharma ketotifen. That's a side typically associated with benadryl.

OP if this is happening on ketotifen, it will be like that will all of them unfortunately.

cetirizine is non-drowsy though, it doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, but i'm just wondering if it'll upregulate the B2's like benadryl or keto.

i also just read an article that benadryl almost completely suppresses GH secretion during sleep.

i get to sleep in tomorrow so i guess it won't hurt for one day, but does anyone know if cetirizine is good?
