Eat Junk, Still Make Gains?

I find that when I'm taking AP and Prime, I don't have to worry so much. I aim for at least 1g of protein/lbs I weigh, make sure I take EVOO in my night protein shake, and just eat in moderation. I honestly am pudgy in the belly, but after 12 days of these products, I am losing it. (I had comparable results in high school)

I loved Anabolic Pump especially being carb sensative. Never eat carbs without it
 
Anyone try Hormel Compleats?

Nope, never really looked into it. Local grocery store should have it huh?
Still hunting for canned chicken.
The macros are like 20g protein 27g carbs, 3g of fats, 220 calories for what I ate, I eat smaller meals though through out the day. :D
 
nice, I'll look for it. I need easy meals with work. I prefer multiple small meals but I got worn out from it because of the hassle with my job so I'm on the "stuff my face when I can diet"

I unfortunately have both sides of the spectrum as long as I stay away from heavy fats along with the carbs. I build muscle super easily, but unfortunately it comes along with fat! This off season I will need to put on some size but I am thinking instead of crossfit I will get back into running, especially trail running.

Chickfila, natures table, protein bars, coconut milk ice cream, baked lays, homemade and store bought french fries, sonns bbq, five guys, homemade pizza.
 
tomorrow is legs day so yeah all you can eat buffet post workout meal gonna eat 5 or 6 meals in one sitting :)

lol, it's just unhealthy?
That takes into account if they fry it into grease?
I would say perhaps yes genetics and maybe a little helps in the supp department.
