Hows the sleep going ?
sleep has been geting a little better everynihtsincei startted dosin mass hgh an hour pre meal, jsut wish i could sleep in one day , i def. couldve slept alto lngerthis morning, felt great!!!!

soooo i went in with the mindset aof a type of deload but jsut got too amped and ended up jsut doinga shortr workout butpretty intense, did back

pendlay rows or jsut relaly bent over rows lol,

85x12x4 few cheat reps toget to 15on last 2 sets

strict tbar row, verybent over - really focusied on form on everything good squeezes

85lb (using 35lbplates for reaterrom) 4 sets 12-15 reps drop on last set

1 arm db row (really hard with good form lol)

keepng carbs extremely low the next few days esp since i picked a filing out of my tooth and now it hurts to eat :-( so i woudl think sweet things woudlnt be good either, i knwo cold is horrible

sleep was not vey good yest again, but im pretty sure it scuz i was super hot all nigth for some reason, looking forward to a good nigth sleep tonight though.........

my muscles feel a bit fuller.....i looked at the pics i took adn i cannot really tell much of a difference and they are not the best pic in the world so im not going to post them.

still sittin aroudn 160-162.....been shortening my workouts which i kinda like for the mental break cuz its hard to stayfocused sometimes but at the same tiem i feel ike im short changing myself.......i will continue with it and see how it goes for now, but i usuallyenjoy very highvolume but i think my bodyneeda bit of a breakdn i guess makin my workotus an hour shorter is my "deload"

today will best chest/tris/abs....i realyl feel liek im losin my abs (coudl jsut be a mental thing) so i am goign to try to increase my ab work....anyone have any exercises tehy realyl ike somethings to really bring out the abs, i usualyl stickw tih leg raises and rope crunches and chops...............

last two days were low carbw ith workouts which i usually dont do so i think im gonna carb up tonight :-)
recompadrol to teh rescue.............really lookin to mass hgh to kick in this week i think its starting to get to the point of being able to notice a difference since its approaching 2 weeks! hoping for a great week!
 
For whatever reason my stomach was absolutely kiliing me yest i literally had to force feed myself and still could not finish my meal (pretty close though) suprisingly thoguh sleep was not too bad, i think it is cuz i was able to stay cool since it was cold outside and i slept with jsut a sheetand the window open.

rest periods were at most 45s most of the workout , i gottta dwork out liek taht eery day, keep s teh heart rate up and sweat goin which i need to have a good workout, if im not sweatin its never a good workout
 
mass hgh must be doin something because my strenght and endurance were both up today, and also slept wll last night...i ahve not weighed in recently but felt really good today overall!!!!

havent weighed in recently other than later last week where i was 162 which woudle aboutthe same......... like i said i took pics before and after a carb up but i took tehm myself and tehy were in a poorly lit bathroom and u cannot really tell a difference so im not posting them, maybe ill do a pre thanksgiving dinner pic and a post lol
 
today was an off day jsut di some cardio, felt pretty run own all day which sux, dunno what to do, feel liek i need to take a real deload but dont know.........when i get into my workouts iwfeel fine but until then im usually pretty run down, but feel fine afterwards........

I have one meal Wednesday before and then a small carb meal pre workout rhurs (20g) the depletion then I start eating when I get home

so what ive decided to do is cut 20--300 cals form no till thanksiving and try to keep carbs very low, notnonexsistent but low....likw todays meal i had a slice of bread and some kidney beans other than that only carbs are from some walnuts, reek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese and vegetables and will probably follow this until wed where there will only be carbs from dairy and vegetables most likely

btw!!! weighted in today im up another 2 lbs!!!! dont know where it is but im up 2 lbs, coudl be swollen legs form yests workout alon with the high amt of carbs i had yest, but im not complainin! mss hgh and recompadrol are obv doin somethin!!! must reitterate no bloating no hype feeling jsut huner and solid meals!!! - sleep has been decent but strenth seems to beincreasing, i have not maxed in a whle and dont really planon it, but once i get oin i eel good, i jsut seem to lose my focus after an hour and a half or so, i used to be able to last 2 hours and force myself to leave, dunno what the difference is but i am de. getting alot done in that time if not more than normal so all is good!
