When I got timing right on Yok3d before on a leg day I was doing standing calve raises and my biceps got pumped.

I'm going to try splitting 3 caps open in my pre drink... But damn I'm on d-pol (nitrates) & my pre has nitrates in it...
So I'm have to take it easy, other wise it'll be like I OD'd on Viagra.

Jacob, you said you are working on a Yok3d 2.0?

I always opened the yok3d any time I used it. Found it much more effective that way personally.

I love those shirts.. I'm always the envy of the gym... This one is the xl.. i have faith in all of you that with usplabs, in no time you'll fit the shirt perfectly...

A "pump" product, you know something that most will tell you not to chase, but it feels good and looks good.

The longest lasting pump I ever had was a year and half ago, using light weights for drop sets of 15,10,5 reps w/forced reps. My arms were sore for days & juicy swollen!

What's your stats bro? How tall n weight?

Most large are getting too small for me now, these xl uspl t's fit great...

But i do have to fight off the wife when they come in... she always tells me to call them and get her one too, LoL.

Right around 5' 9" (10) and sitting @ 188 right now.

The black XL fit perfect when I was 195 ish...

yeah, this is the first week for most of us, so i think during week two, we'll see things pick up.. im a litle behind since i was playing doctor at home.. i usually give the products a week or two before i will see its true potentials.. i read your log, you seem to be doing great so far..
