I'd like to hear this topic brought up in more detail too.Thoughts on intermittent fasting vs smaller frequent meals? Or both of those vs. my technique of "eat when I'm hungry."

Amen brother! Thanks for taking the time to reply.
Training in high rep ranges. 15/20/25... Higher volume & chasing the pump and burn.
What are you thoughts on DOMs?
What are you thoughts/feedback on that stated above?
EBroser said:When approaching muscle hypertrophy we MUST understand that their are multiple pathways that lead to its fruition. No single rep range or training method is optimal, but rather a well-thought-out combination of protocols is necessary. Yes, chase the pump/burn some days and others lift heavy and others move the weight quickly and still others slow it down. VARIATION! Have you heard of my POWER/REP RANGE/SHOCK AND FIBER DAMAGE/FIBER SATURATION TRAINING PROGRAMS?
While DOMS is not 100% necessary in order to see new growth I DO believe it should be experienced to some degree to tell us we have damaged muscle fibers that will need to be repaired.
Thank you and I' dont think I'm familiar w/those programs. Got any details?

Thoughts on using chains during your lifts? Specially the bench?
Well thank you my friend for jumping in! My thoughts are that carbs and proteins should be combined post workout for sure, but the amounts and types of carbs used need to be adjusted to be in line with your overall goal at the time.

To piggy back this question, what are your thoughts on using EAA's + Carbs post workout then eating a whole food meal with protein and carbs 30 minutes later?
Eric, could you lay out a good stack/run with PNI's D-test and Paragon?
Thanks Eric!!As was mentioned, no need to run D-Test and Paragon together. D-Test can make an excellent adjunct to any other test booster out there that does not contain D-aspartic acid, while Paragon is a standalone that likely is the most powerful booster currently on the market. For most, 3 caps (1 w meals 1, 3, 5) per day for 4-6 week cycles will work wonders. That said, for guys over 200 lbs, perhaps 4 caps is a better dose.
Awesome! in the next week or 2 I"m actually going to do a 6-8 week run of D-Test then afterward I'll take a few weeks off and move to paragon. Very excited about where these products will take my training and physique!
Hello Eric,
Can D-test be run with Test Charge to increase synergy?
Absolutely bro.
