No doubt! love the stuff. Hate having 2 off days in a row cause I wanna rip **** up while on MM. I've got condense too but MM is so mean I just can't switch off just yet lol

MM is some strong stuff for sure, the creatine, BCAAs it's a great formula; I'm a ConDense man, clean, common ingredients & I control my stims, I never need more than 1.5 scoops, hell sometimes I just use a heaping scoop and I'm good to go.

Strong! I like the cratine and BCAA's in it, where I don't usualy buy those and MM has a good amount already.

My wife takes 1.5 scoops condense lol, she loves being jacked up while killing cardio. The taste is delicious too

That's awesome! And that's the way its making me feel now. I think I'm gunna hit some milestones on that stuff for sure. Already have, but want a lot more lol

I might do a scoop Condense and a scoop MM one day if I'm feeling nutty
 
Try 1 scoop ConDense and .5 scoop of MM.

Its the sh!t

I couldn't live with myself if I took less than a full scoop of MM. It would be cheating!
 
I do 1&1 I was thinking about going 1.5 condense 1 MM....
 
Only thing stopping me is I drink coffee in the morning, so the caffeine content will be pretty high throughout the day if I start adding in the Condense and MM. I love my coffee too much to give it up!
 
Lol yeah I drank a half a pot and then pounded marinade on the way to the gym right after once...no bueno

Oh no!i always save my coffee for after workouts everyday,which is in the morning so not to bad.Nothing worse than being in the middle of a good set and having to run to the br!

Lat pulldowns
195 x 10,9,8,6

Barbell rows:
135 x 10,9,8

Farmers walks:
60 x 2 trips x 2

BoSu ball push-up walkovers:
10 x 2

Physical therapy is Mondays and Wednesdays, so adjusting the workouts around then. Using some tips and hints from my therapist regarding form and really dialed myself in to focusing on retracting my scapula on these exercises.
 
Just taking MM on exercise days, not on my PT days. Wondering if I should experiment by taking it on off days to maintain creatine levels and get a bit of a stim boost on days I'd normally be dragging?

I won't lie,I have used mine on my share of off days.But I like to savor the pr breaking I usually get me some focus xt in the morning on my off days!If that's what you would call them :)

10 steps forward, 10 back x 3

Single leg deadlifts holding 35 pound plates in each hand:
3 each leg x 3

Mountain climbers:
30 each leg x 3

Hammer base squat:
270x6, 360 x4, 270x6

Squats holding a 45 lb plate directly overhead
10x3

Went for a bit of flexibility and range of motion today; not so much a heavy day. Big focus on posterior exercises.

Thanks guys! Been feeling better with my PT lately and I really feel that the MM's ingredient profile is helping me push that much harder. No mental blocks regarding going heavier or longer.

It's been great as-is. I feel the strengths of the product are its vitamin profile And the cortisol/anti-ox ingredients. Cons might be too high a creatine content and high 1,3, but they haven't bothered me as much as I initially feared; in fact, they've been a pleasant surprise.

If I created my perfect PWO it might be something like MM + Body Octane or just some extra Citrulline Malate. Possibly Condense + Hemavol for functional and cosmetic pumps.

MM has been the right blend of mental focus, pumps, and energy. All of the other formulas mentioned above are lacking in one if those areas to some degree.

Use to make my own PWO from bulk products: beta alanine, Citrulline Malate, BCAAs, GMS, agmatine.

Twisting barbell lunges:
95 x 5, 5, 5

Jefferson lifts:
185 x 5 forward and back, 4, 4

Sumo deadlifts:
185 x 8, 7, 6
235 x 4, 4

Squats w 45 lb plate overhead
10 x 3

Went with some lifts I haven't done in a while and ones I've never done, good to switch things up once in a while! Confuse those legs.
 
No shoulder/arm workout days this week as P.T. is kicking my sorry dupa! Very humbling that stability exercises and 2 lb weights are causing such soreness, but its amazing how the small, seemingly insignificant muscles that have been injured or misused for years can hinder progress in the gym. With the push-ups, stabilizers, and various other activities in P.T., it doesn't make sense to add in an arm day for workouts this week. Next week I'll just have one session per week, so I'll see how things go then. For now, it's chest/back/lats one day, legs the next. Rest days and cardio in between.
 
Did a chest / lat workout today, and I think the physical therapy Monday really affected what I could do today. Basically same weights and reps as the last chest day for chest press, but it felt like my muscles were ripping apart! Definitely more strenuous. Maybe an extra off day is in order or a lighter workout day.

In addition to the chest press, I did 2 sets of 10 BoSu ball push-ups followed by 10 BoSu walkovers.

Then went on Roc-It Mid Row machine an did 260 x 15,13,11, then 215 x 10 and called it a day.

Lots of work to do tonight and about to fire up the grill to cook meat for the next few days. Busy busy!

Pouring sweat afterwards, tired but euphoric if that makes sense! Good day to shock my legs with some heavy volume!

Thinking of switching up the upper body workout to less weight higher reps...at least once in a while. Don't know if my struggles last session were due to weakness and soreness from PT or if I plateaued for the moment...thoughts or hints on this?
 
Did a lot of body weight exercises today; pull-ups, push-ups etc of varying grips and positions. Fighting the onset of a cold so I didn't want to get too crazy today.

Feeling great when on the MM. Good endurance and focus!
 
Just a quick update: had to take a few days off to rest up from a bad cold I had. Didn't want to wear myself down so maybe it's good to have take some time off. Looking forward to getting back in the groove this weekend!
