revised halo cycle please critique

2 week pre load
-cel cycle assist
-flaxseed oil
-should I load taurine or only during cycle?

Cycle
-Halo plex 50/75/75/75/75/75
-taurine 5 grams a day
-Osteo bi flex, I already take this
-fish oil and multi, I already take both
-cycle assist
-should I have extra milk thistle and Hawthorne Berry or is cycle assist enough?
-primaforce daa for last week or should I wait untilled first day of pct?

Pct
-liquid torem 90/60/60/30
-animal stak
-primaforce daa
-I feel like I'm missing something??

This will be my first cycle I've done quite a bit of research but still don't know **** lol so please help me out Thanks a lot everyone
-I'll be 25 when I do this I'm 5 ' 8 165 been lifting for almost two years completely dedicated and I've gained 30 lbs naturally

Should have an ai for your pct.
 
get erase and dose 0/0/3/3/2/1 for pct, itll extend 2 weeks after the rest. make sure erase not erase pro. if you do erase pro, just do 0/0/1/1/1/1

and you probly wont need taurine every day. definately have it incase the pumps come though

Okay so that's 0 per day the first two weeks 3 a day the third week etc etc? Just wanna make sure Thanks
 
yup that's it. erase is 3 pills for 75mg, erase pro is 1 pill for 75mg

I'd recommend original erase so you can play with the dosage and taper off. make sure you're taking that fishoil still, that **** will dry out your joints

And is there anything else I could improve on or should change

What about the primaforce the last week or that even necessary at all?

start your daa the last week of hdrol
and be prepared to bump to 100 on the last few weeks if the sides are nonexistant.
lastly, be ready for an initial bp spike when you first start. lots of people ignore this, but slight headaches all day for several days sucks ass
 
Okay Thanks both, and one thing I haven researched is sexual side effects during and after the cycle anyone have some input on this I just thought about it now all paranoid lol
 
erase lowers my libido. too low of estrogen will cause that. if it happens to you buy some horny goat weed or maca....that or hardcore porn
 
My drive has always been through the roof so hopefully I'll
I'll be Cool, I'll get one horny goat weed though I've wanted to try that anyway, now only thing I got left is to find a reputable company for the liquid torem for my research wish me luck
 
If I save 10% with them how is delivery in the us or are us based in the us, I've read mixed reviews elsewhere

Erase absolutely CRUSHED my libido over the summer when I ran it with DAA... It also helped me get lean and dry as heck
 
Well I've almost got everything now I'll be starting soon I'll post up when I do thank you for your responses I hope I can get some support when I start I am a bit nervous since this'll be my first cycle of anything
