All SPP Lineup Log- AA, Smolder, Recourse, GlycoMyx, and UD 2.0

How has it been so far? (I presume splendid haha)

Also , thinking about trying it with beer like Matt mentioned?

I've only done it twice and loving it so far. Definitely think Slintensity is having a positive effect on cheat type meals. I'm notorious for having a sweet tooth before bed especially so I'm going to use Slintensity often during those times.

I have not experimented with Slintensity and alcohol yet. I'm not a huge drinker anyways, but I'm definitely in for watching Matt's experiments with it.
 
Going to get a nice cardio workout in here before a shower and a double application of Smolder today. GlycoMyx has been used heavily again on the carb up. I haven't really had a plan as for how long I'm going to run this log, but I think I'm looking at about 3 more weeks. Nice little 6 week cut run, then some time off before trying to bulk a bit.
 
Today returns to normal eating. 1 cap of Slintensity around lunch with some carbs. Lower carb type day than Saturday/Sunday.
 
Got a core workout in and some KB swings. Inspired by an article on KB swings I'm going to try and get these in every day. Work is keeping me from getting in much cardio as I'd like on a cut, but the diet is still going well. Today is another normal eating day, 1 slintensity with my first meal.

Definitely. It's been a great cut so far. I'll try and get the girlfriend to snap some progress pics. I will definitely have "after" pictures at the end as well. I don't know that it will be the most shocking transformation in history by any means, but I'm seeing good things in the mirror.
 
Depletion workout yesterday, but I left my log at home so I'll type it out later. Low carb/low calorie again today. I'm liking the diet so far big time. You gotta go hard for three days in terms of calories and carbs, but you got 2 days of gluttony and then two days of normal eating to back that off.
 
Supplement update: Still enjoying Recourse a lot. My first long term experience with DAA actually. Tremendous bedroom booster as I've already mentioned! AA and Smolder nothing more to report on them really, these are two supplements I've used plenty of times with solid results. I'm hoping the end of log pictures show a transformation possible from hard work, quality supps, and Lyle McDonald as opposed to Ronald!
 
Another depletion workout yesterday. Feeling absolutely great. Mirror results are starting to get more and more pronounced. I only have about 15 more days I'm going to run this log for and diet for then it will be time to transition back to normal eating. The big finale pictures are just a touch over two weeks away. Hoping I got some great results!

If I could only run one it would probably be Abliderate Advanced personally. If wanting to kill SAT fat I'd start with Smolder before deciding if you can handle the capsacian enough for Eviscerate. Really depends if you're looking for cortisol control all over the core or you want to be able to apply product to chest fat as well as core areas. I'd be happy to answer any and all questions you got here.

Eviscerate and Smolder are pretty similar, but not AA is used for entirely different purposes.

Today is the last day of "normal" eating before heading back to low calories/low carbs. I'm growing a bit tired of dieting, but need to finish this strong. I'm about 11 days out from ending this log with some pictures and I want them to be good!

It's went well, but I'll be honest I've been slacking off down the home stretch. 6 weeks is a long time for such a tough diet. In the future I will do 28 day runs of UD 2.0 instead of closer to 40. Going to try and finish strong here these last two weeks though!

Yeah thats how I feel 4 weeks is a long time.
 
Back to low calorie/low carbs. Trying to stay dilligent here! Log is almost done sorry for the lack of workout updates been pretty poor there. Honestly with the job workouts have been pretty lackluster anyways. The diet and supps are still having a positive effect but during coaching season my workouts are always poor sadly.

2nd Recourse bottle is almost empty, but I think I got enough to finish the log. More than enough AA and Smolder to get through this and three tubs of GlycoMyx left. Obviously haven't been using GlycoMyx except for 4 days (carb days) so it lasts quite a while. Still stronger than ever in the bedroom and that alpha male feeling with Recourse. It's got some other goodies in it besides DAA. Been a good run supplement wise with a lot of Slintensity now with my three total bottles. I'll continue to use Slintensity at the end of this run and play around with it more before I plan my next move or run. Got a bunch of old products I'd like to start knocking out before my house is over-run with supps!

Meh not much to catch up on except for the big pictures coming in about 9 days to see if I made decent progress. I have a lot of work to go towards getting the body I used to have, but I think I'm headed there!

Yeah. Basically I used to be fairly ripped (never been huge, but was muscular for my size/body type) then tail end of college plus first 2 years of teaching/coaching turned me into skinny fat. Now I'm determined to get back to where I used to be. It won't be short, but I'm hoping by the start of this coming summer I've got most of what I've lost back. I've already lost a good amount of fat on this log I can tell just from the mirror. Just gotta keep it up and not wig out when I go off my diet.

Low calories/low carbs yet again. Did get in two depletion workouts as scheduled Wednesday and Thursday. Ready for my carb up, then last week, then pictures!

Well we're on the home stretch. Looking to have some finalized pictures either Friday or Saturday depending on when I can get the girlfriend to do it.
 
and yes I'm already plotting a massive cheat weekend after all this. Looking forward to some more relaxed eating for a while.

I can say this much...if you're looking for something that shreds the fat, look into UD 2.0. I've really enjoyed the results from this run!
 
Supplement update: Almost done with my second bottle of Recourse. Been through a bottle and a bit of Abliderate Advanced and just over a bottle of Eviscerate Smolder. Going to take a short break from all supplements after this log before plotting my next course. Probably will finish out the bottles of AA and Smolder though.
