Starting Log with AndroHard/AndroLean with AndroEnhance .....

I kept the dosing at recommended... 6/6 and 4 pumps ... all in the morning. I have alittle less 1.5 weeks left and the last 4 weeks it really has come on strong ... I should be able to do an update on the forum from this last week by the weekend. Then .... 1 more week left and onto a 12 week phase of ...... :)

Ok HTS .... this is just for you ... so dont tell anyone !! :)

Looks like we are going to do a 12 week phase of AndroBulk with an increase in my calories. In case some of you don't know I am on trt ... I have been on trt since last July...so alittle over a year. My test was 206 when tested and it was in the low 800's last time I had it checked. Sooooo now ya know what we are doing and I will "log" that also.

I will also be able to add in more staple products than what I would normally buy as I am being sponsored by Cellucor-Illinois. So all of their pre-workouts, recovery, new BCAA'S, new creatine and their protein I will have access too... So that should also help. :)
 
7 weeks complete on the stack !! wow time flies when your having fun. I tell you, I love this stack !! I did my official weigh in on Friday morning like always... and I weiged 183.0. So since the time I started 7 weeks ago I have put on a total of 10 lbs. I am still very lean for being in my off-season and I love the results. I have 1 more week left and plan on giving it everything.

Again... my strength has been going up alittle each week. For the increase in calories which I'm almost at 4000 I am still very vascular and hard. So the products are doing what they are advertised too do. Increase lean body mass... increase strength and harden you up. All checked off ...

We got such good results that after our 12 week phase of "bulk" we will go back to this 8 week phase and harden up and lean up abit from the bulk phase... I believe in what Matt is doing with me.... slow gains...harden up ... bulk up.... harden back up again. I believe that is the best plan for me to come into the Masters Nationals next year the best I can.

Took some video and some pics tonight of the back workout ... and I had a professional photographer Jr. Wyatt (look him up on facebook) do a photoshoot with me today. I did that for a few reasons... I wanted some professional pics for the bodybuilding.com feature (over 40 athlete of the week), some pics for my TL Fitness clothing line and some pics for my new clothing sponsor EVEN Lifestyles (also on facebook).

Well .... I'm not sure that I have a specific number in mind. Its more of how I look as I gain. I don't want to get real soft/fat just to gain the size and weight. I'm at 183 right now in the morning... I would like to see another 10-15 lbs if possible but only if its still fairly lean. I believe that is what Matt is after and what I'm after. As we progress and see how my body responds we will make adjustments on the diet. I will start this coming Saturday with the supps and the diet which is almost 4500 calories. So stay tuned and lets see what we can do :)

Yes Sir !! I'm on it. I will put up a final review in the next couple days... sorry guys... so busy but I'm getting my food and workouts in but thats been about it. I am still nursing a slight injury in my collarbone/shoulder/pec area... kinda weird its deep down and only feel it on very certain movements. But it is getting better, so we are working around it and we will grow !! I'm so excited for this new phase... it started this past Saturday and we are rocking !!

Hey guys.... update coming tonight. I have a few more pics to post ... and Matt is right, I'm growing and starting to feel good. I love eating more food thats for sure :) The injury is getting better, actually took a couple extra days off this week and I'm going to skip shoulders and chest this week to help it out. Hopefully next week I'll be on the road to growing even more !!
 
Hey guys.... Ok... sorry its been abit since I've updated this log - Life gets in the way of your other life sometimes and I just wasnt able to spend the time to get it updated... but, we're done. So here we go ......

I have since finished the AndroHard/AndroLean/AndroEnhance stack. It was a great run and I made some great gains with it. It worked so well that we will run that same stack after my 12 week "Blast" phase with AndroBulk and increased calories. The stack provided me with some nice strength gains as well as the obvious change in my physique. I ended up harder, drier and fuller by the end of the phase.

It took about 2 - 2.5 weeks for it to kick in and by week 4 I was really feeling it. I really would recommend an 8 week run on this stack to get the best gains.

I'm including a couple of the pics from the photoshoot which was right at the end of the run .... I think a few of them really turned out well.

We are now about 1.5 weeks into the Blast phase and I'm just starting to maybe feel alittle something going on. I will say that with the diet change (I'm up to right at 4500 calories a day) that I have gained 5.5-6 lbs since I started. I'm still staying lean although I would say I've lost just a touch of my vascularity... but that could come back. I'm weighing right at 188 lbs first thing out of bed in the morning. With a good 10 weeks to go... I'm hoping to get to the 200 lb mark again but look much fuller, leaner and harder than I was in March of this year when I weighed 200. That was right before starting the prep for the Chicago show.

We are training for the Masters Nationals next year... I believe it will be about the same time -- sometime in July. The plan is to come into that show at the top of middleweight class which is 176 1/4. I weighed in at 165.9 for the Chicago show. I'm gonna need that extra 10 lbs and the same shredded condition brought on by Matt to even be able to compete on the National level. I will be 49 at the time of Nationals next year so we'll see how it goes. The following year I will move up into the 50-59 age bracket...will be interesting to see how I progress in the next 1-2 years.

I will continue to update this log since you guys are already subscribed to it... I will probably put up some pics in about 1-2 weeks so we can see my progress into the more bulking stage. Thanks guys for following and lets keep it going !!!

Wow Matt.... that means so much to me to hear you say that. I never even considered that when I started this journey but I gotta say I think we have the long term goal in sight now. Keep taking the baby steps and turn them into something noticeable.. and keep going. I'll keep training my ass off for that long term goal. Thanks for the words Matt... more motivation my friend !!!

Yea HTS .... I actually read that last night.... was speechless and blown away. I called my wife and daughter in to read it with me. Then I started thinking... If Matt believes... I had better believe. So like I said we now have a long term goal and we are gonna work hard for it !!

Thanks Snags !!... the further we get into this.... the harder I want to work to not disappoint all those ppl that are on board and helping me. I know I have to be patient and it takes time for some of the improvements to come.... but dang I want them now... :) Constantly improving, the name of the game...
 
Training has been going well... just still not 100% yet with the shoulder/collarbone area... again... its getting better but its one of those things I'm going really slow as I'm scared. I do not want it to be anything worse than it is right now. Gaining weight slowly (thats the plan) so we are still good on that front... still lots of vascularity and still see my abs/obliques.

Matts gonna throw in some carbs with my pre-workout/intraworkout drinks and we'll see how that goes. I have not started that yet...but its coming :) Yesterday morning I weighed 189.5, this morning 188.5 ... so I'm maintaining right there for now. I can see hitting the 190's next week.

Very excited with the results especially knowing we are just now not quite 3 full weeks in ... much, much more to come in the next 9 weeks :)

What goals are you looking shooting for with this and why no carbs in the post shake? Just mining for knowledge here.
 
I am curious on the design as well. Here is what my current preworkouts have been like:

18g Dextrose
1g Creatine HCL
Preworkout powder - DMAA, Caff, Arginine (or whatever they are sticking in the premades these days)
5g Luceine

Wondering if I should add some Glutamine (have a ton of it here), and take it intra workout (without preworkout).
