Sd dosing

When doing 10mg of sd, should I take it a hour prior to workout? When dosing 20mg, should I slit it up to morning and night or one dose a hour prior to workout?
 
this is wat i do
10mg: 10mg an hour and a half before lifts
20mg: 10mg five hours before lifts and 10mg an hour before lifts

It's not super critical. 1 dose daily take whenever, i like a morning dose as it allows the compound to have it's whole half life during your day. For 2 doses, 1 morning and then the next when the half life is about to expire (if possible). IIRC SD half life is around 6-10 hours, i dose SD every 6 hours or so.

^^^^ this. Also I found that when I split 20mg throughout the day I got really bad nausea so I took 20mg first ting with breakfast. I didn't get nausea that way. Just a suggestion in case it happens.
 
So if ur dosin 1 a day

Half life is only 8 hours it doesnt work as efficient as twice a day correct?
