Im just starting the last week of my EPI ( HAVOC ) cyle.

4 week cycle 20/30/40/40
life support 4 caps per day

PCT will be clomid 100/50/50/50
ERASE Pro 0/3/2/2/1

weight has gone from 105kg to 109kg
body fat has decreased, gone from abs not visible to top two abs visible.

strengths up on all lifts apart from deadlift strangely
squat 180kg - 200kg
close grip bench 120kg-140kg
log press 100kg-120kg ( I train for strongman )
deadlift stayed at 260kg

diet:

2 x peanut butter sandwiches (4 slices of wholemeal bread) + whey shake
2 x peanut butter sandwiches (4 slices of wholemeal bread) + whey shake
2 x peanut butter sandwiches (4 slices of wholemeal bread) + whey shake
steak and white rice
steak and white rice

my question is how much weight/ strength can i expect to keep after PCT?
just asking for a rough idea i know the answer varies between people.

thanks

Erase pro is 3x Org Erase. Three caps of pro is way too much. I do not like the pro because it is very inflexible with dosing.

I would sub the white rice for peanut butter.

the **** kind of diet is that? wh the hell could afford steak twice a day? that would burn a hole right through my wallet. and the rest you can come up with is peanutbutter? at least throw some bananas in those sammiches or something. your diet is like 70% fat

This is a great diet...if you're 12.

Find a way to incorporate nuts, veggies, fish, oatmeal and other grains, chicken breast, Turkey breast, olive oil or other EFA sufficient foods, Brown rice over white rice always, eggs...hmm having a brain freeze that's all I can think of right now..you can still have the pb & j but get variety son.

Lmao don't bust on his diet mines kinda similar I'm lazy lmao

Bagel w/ cream cheese and coffee (80c/10p/15f)

Proteinshake w/ 4 egg white & 1 whole egg (10c/ 70p/20f) x 2 a day sometimes 3x

I'll eat a grilled chicken sandwich, subway, chipotle, or steak an rice for dinner lmao

Oh and bcaaas

Lmao as long as I hit my macros I'm good. It's been working for me so I don't mind lol.

I buy frozen bags of 6oz ribeyes from Walmart for like $8. They taste terrible if not properly marinated and carefully grilled but its red meat muh fukka lol

LOL that diet is HORRIBLE

You don't need steroids, you need to learn how to properly formulate a balanced diet.

first off i wasn't asking for diet advice but thanks for caring.
I know how to formulate a proper diet . . . i just don't my diet is like that because im lazy and these foods are cheap, easy to prepare and fit into my macro's. im not trying to be a competitive bodybuilder/ physique like you im a competitive strongman. that means lots of red meat and high carbs. . .

I get my steak cheap and in bulk. about £1 per steak and i buy 40 at a time (friend works at a wholesalers market for caterers)

They may fit your macros, but I'd be extraordinarily concerned about micronutrients, which is an essential part of nutrition. Since you're on steroids, you need even more.

Yeah i know its not a balanced diet at all and i do my best to compensate with multi vits etc. but im not using steriods to be healthy im using to make gains that i couldn't make without them . . . . aside from my diet 'horror' can anyone comment on my original question????
