AB I notice you are staying in an 8 rep range... How does it seem to be working? Did your trainer recommend that? What were his reasons to do so?

I'm obviously not arguing with your trainer, I'm curious. I've always read for strength low reps...

8 is low... And those are on assesory lifts... Presses, deads, squats... We do tre sets and mono sets... Occasional 6 set.

possibly a working + warmup set in one.. cause he does drop to 5/3/3/3

Supersets, speed pulls, resistant training, added chains... All kinds of **** I didn't know haha

Killer session bro. I wish I had a lifting partner on chest days so I could get used to feeling the heavy weights. What'd u think of the declines? You said before you didn't like them didn't you?

It's where you bench while someone holds a block on your chest. Go to the block... Then back up
