That is the bomb mixture but I personally wouldn't use the marinade daily. I like it for ME days.

Speaking of energy drink. I went to the gym last week with a friend who paid for the day pass and I saw a guy mixing red bull with no xplode. F'n crazy. I saw him later in the gym and in the middle of his sets he was shaking the whole time like a pop corn popping lol.

Farmers carry x 30yds
BW Prowler Push x 30yds

What are the weights on those?
 
What's the serving size AB?
 
That I sent? I sent 3 scoops... Do a tiny bit over teaspoon... I measured out with the scoop and measuring spoon. That would be 1 serving... I advise u try 1 scoop and then 2 scoops

That will depend on what you're capable of.

For the clean and press I used - 28kg KB

The farmers carries were 90lb per arm (I have weak grip)
