Intra workout I will after this week, I'm going to start with 50 and adjust according, may go up to 100intra.

Easy way for me, now, to stay lean and add size. Moderate carb up on friday night and into Saturday which is the most social day of the week/weekend.

Even during the week I can go out and eat things, just get a burger with no bun and diet pop or water.

I think there are more efficient ways, but it's a lot harder to stay on track.

None Sunday-Friday, just green veggies. Saturday I'll eat mostly brown rice pasta, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, buckwheat with for sure 1 cheat meal of whatever. Not counting sauces/condiments. Probably a liberal helping of dessert at the end of my carb up. Probably 500gr total, depends on how I feel/look.

Sounds like a great idea my performance suffers bigtime w/o carbs so the the 50-100g pre/intra may be enough to fuel the workouts.
I may have to follow your lead with this once my next prep starts.

It would be alot better if the weather wasnt so bad it is alwaqys cold wet and windy. aside from that i use a 4wheeler for a car, all dirt roads, my job is/was effin awesome. Havent seen her just alot of gold miners.

I feel good in the gym but outside of that ughhhhh.... super irritable really grouchy at work I put my headphones in my ears most of the time with out music just so people wont talk to me LOL unless of course im working with someone. Libido is gone except on high carb days. Im ready for this comp its so close Im just ready to get it on then eat eat eat and eat I want some pizza hut stuffed crust pizza. But in the gym im still strong and motivated just aside from that im unintersted in much except of course my friends here on A.M.

ya that wasnt the best form there I had just pulled 405 wich was a +20 PR already so I may have been pushing it a lil. Ive never worn a belt havent had any issues. 10 yr Iron worker lugging steel around every day my backs pretty good. Ive been thinking about getting one tho when I move back to civilization. Either way that was a +30 PR while on a major calorie defecit so yay for me

**** man,i was an 8 year union carpenter doing heavy concrete work as well as sheet rocking,now I drag around a 100lb jack hammer and dig holes to work on solid steel and cast iron gas mains, and well my back,knees and shoulders are not the best bro =(

but im glad to hear you maintained and are manitaining like you are.

you look great in your pics as well bro,keep up the good work and get your ass a belt,lol
