rotator cuff exercises

I was reading a thread few minutes ago about how to make bigger shoulders. One suggested exercise was rotator cuff. I couldn't find any information as how it is done. Can someone please help me?

They won't really any a great deal of mass to the delts, but they keep the joint healthy and strong, which can lead to indirect growth.
 
band external rotation,blackburn,rear cable flye,lying external rotation.

good advice here and to be honest i dont think it will make your shoulder bigger but it will keep them able to support heavier weight and lower risk of injury which will yes in turn make your shoulders reach more size. Win win
