Ready to take it to the next level.. Is shutdown Certain?

Its been a while since i've been on the forums.. Im 5"11 190 pounds, 7% bodyfat.
My goal: to be a solid 200 pounds and the same or even less bf %...

This would be the start of my 3rd cycle. I have ran a PH (h-drol) cycle in the past and a test/dbol cycle. I have been natural for over 8 months.


I'm ready to take it to the next level. Im looking for 10 pounds of lean muscle w/ minimal fat gain. I do NOT want my natural test to be shutdown after this, so im adjusting this cycle accordingly to my goals. I will be training with a well known bodybuilder at Golds in Venice, California. Here we go:




Weeks 1-16 --> Test E 400 mg/week
Weeks 1-16 --> EQ 800mg/week
Weeks 1-16 --> Arimidex 1mg EOD
Weeks 1-16 --> HCG 500-1000 iu /week (first time running, want my natural test and nuts preserved)
Weeks 1-infinity --> Dutasteride 0.5mg ed (I am prone to baldness)
will take the basic cycle support, taurine, etc..

ESTER CLEARING PERIOD (after last pin) - 16 days:
Day 1-7: 500iu ED of HCG + arimidex 1mg ed
Day 8-16: nothing

PCT BEGINS ON DAY 17:
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Cortisol blocker (CEL Supress-C)
Natural Test boosters
etc etc.

Diet stays same throughout cycle
Meal 1:
30 grams protein from egg whites + yolk
30 grams carbs oatmeal
1 serving fish oil

Meal 2:
30 grams protein salmon
30 grams carbs brown rice

Meal 3:
30 grams protein from buffalo
30 grams carbs from yams or sweet potatoes
1 cup broccoli

Meal 4:
30 grams protein ground turkey
30 carbs from brown rice And 1 cup spinach

Meal 5: 30 min before TRAINING
Whey isolate shake 40 grams protein
Vitargo 35 grams carb
Insulin Loading w/ I-load 2 pills

Meal 6: POST TRAINING
Creatine 5 grams
BCAA
Vitargo 70 grams carb

Meal 7: 1 hour to 11/2 hour after post meal
Chicken 30 grams protein
1 teaspoon Almond Butter


I was thinking of dropping the EQ and replacing it with tren acetate.... But i hear all these horror stories with tren.... What do you guys think?

After week 8 cut the eq dose in half and add in tren the last half of the cycle. Maybe just 200-250mg a week to try it out...

So ur suggesting a mid-cycle bridge to another compound? I might give that a go... however i'm a little skeptical of putting 2 androgens in the same cycle. Just kind of feels like overkill

You shouldn't judge someone when you don't know everything about that person. You know what would be unwise? Doing a competition without any gear when all your competitors are and have been on gear. Im not trying to embarrass myself on stage so yes i will use gear. I want to become an amateur bodybuilder and succeed in my shows.. Obviously steroids are not good for your health, especially at a younger age. But my decisions to compete and use gear are purely goal-oriented and i stand by them. Im well aware of what i am putting my body through.


You cant get that 'superhuman' physique without paying a price; just like how you cant have your cake and eat it too.
Now If you don't have anything useful to say relating to my post, then I ask you kindly to stop trolling this thread.

Basically yes.

The reason I suggest keeping eq around at low dose is for joint support. You could even drop it to 200-250mg for that purpose as it increases collagen synthesis 3 fold at just 3mg/kg. This is good when using drugs like test and tren that add strength so quickly.

I also suggest running tren no longer than 6-8 weeks this first run until you can assess how you respond to it. Even then, 10 weeks would be about as long as you would ever want to go for health reasons.
