Nice products to be logging man; Hemavol is a great pre-workout. Stacked with Compete is an ungodly amount of B12 though, seems kind of wasteful.

Ok, sorry for the lack of updates. Im officially unemployed and graduated. Nothing left to do but job hunt and go to the gym so it should be rather frequent from here on out.

Isolateral Bench: 8-12 : 315, 315, 330, 330

Isolateral Incline: 8-10: 200, 210, 220

Lat Pull Down: 8-12: 315, 340, 380

Rows: 6-8: 360, 370, 405, 315 (failure)

Overhead Press: 6-10: 135, 155, 160

Lateral Raise Isolation: 10-12: 125, 140, 140 ,125

DB Curls: 6-10: 40, 40 ,45, 45

Skull Crushers: 70, 70, 80

Dips: 3 sets to failure

Sorry guys been dealing with some personal **** the passed week, and my laptop broke three days ago and Im in the process of buying a macbook from someone who is dragging their feet. Ill try and use my brothers laptop and update tonight.

You guys have always been good to me in the passed so Im trying my best not to disappoint. Ok so here is the deal, due to unexpected life changes I am now doing my workouts at.....planet fitness......sigh. Anyway Im going to continue doing full bodied workouts while doing this stack because thus far the compete has done an amazing job intraworkout at keeping me going and not letting me have any soreness after the fact. Also, I bought an extra tub to use so I can use it during my morning bike rides and it is perfect for it.

Here is last nights workout:

DB Bench: 8-12 : 65, 70, 70, 75's

DB Incline: 8-10: 50, 55, 55

Cable Lat Pull Down: 8-12: 130, 160, 170

Cable Rows: 6-8: 150, 180, 190, 195 (failure)

Overhead Press: 6-10: 55, 60, 60

Lateral Raises: 10-12: 25, 30, 30 ,35's

DB Curls: 6-10: 40, 40 ,45, 45

Skull Crushers: 70, 70, 80

Dips: 3 sets to failure

God I swore I would never workout there again.....****ing life
