Mini Review: Iforce Protean Vanilla Mint Swirl

I just received my shipment of Iforce Protean Vanilla Mint and Red Velvet Cake.

I purchased them to add about 40 grams of protein to my diet. I plan on keeping 2 tu s at work for a mid afternoon shake.

I opened the can and the mint smell was nice and pleasant. I mixed 2 scoops in 10oz of room temperature water and i took a swig. I swear I thought I was drinking a dessert. No after taste whatsoever and it was not overly sweet. Also, no whey breath !!! 10oz of water for 2 scoops of protean was perfect for me for what seems to be a treat.

The Protean mixed in water with 10 vigorous shake in a regular water bottle. It might have completely mixed with even less.

Thanks Aaron. I bought one of those funnels from baking supply section of a supermarket. I also have a thin spoon that I use to push the powder through since the opening of he funnel is small. I find it convenient since I can just buy a bottle of water. Drink it until I have desired amount of water left, then mix it with either Protean or mixable BCAA.

Actually, it tasted pretty good in RT water. Definitely will mix it with cold water next time.

If you throw it in a blender with milk, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese, you wont taste the cheese at all.. blend it so no chunks.. it will be thick and creamy.. almost as creamy as a milk shake.. throw 2-3 ice cubes also, so there are fine crystals in it.. good lord!!!!

LOL. I had couple more servings today. In cold
Milk, it actually taste like vanilla shake with hint of mint. I love it. Can't wait to open up the RVC tub.

Thanks a lot for the review. VMS is my all time favorite flavor as of now. I also mix it with 1 scoop of Chocolate Truffle and taste just like an Andes mint

The reason I tried it with RT water is that I wanted a versatile protean that I can mix anywhere. I put the Protean in small container and take it to work with me. Sometimes slightly cold water is all I have access to. It was till GOOD!!! But cold milk was definitely better.

Makes sense bro, you really need to try stuff at its worst sometimes, to figure if its good or not. Milk ice and peanut butter can make any protein taste good!
