ive been waiting for pics to come up *fap* *fap* nohomo :) are u bulking or cutting dude? you could try a combination of vitamin A & D for ur acne, most acne treatments have a concentration of either and its pretty cheap.

Hahaha! I'm trying to cut. I haven't heard of anyone bulking with var. I'm taking doxycycline for my acne

actually due to him being in a state of ketosis due to his his diet and cardio he didnt have any bloat or gyno..........but he didnt get any results either, he might as well have been popping liver toxic tic tacs hahahaha! are you gonna run some albuterol or clen during yoru pct to get that sub 10% look?

I wish! My guy doesnt have Clen and it's getting harder and harder to find people. I'll probably give it a go sometime down the road?

Today's update:
Skipped leg day because of the injury. I'd rather use leg day as a rest. Did a few sets of pushups to keep my body active and got a nice pump off of just that! Pretty satisfied with the forearm veins. My trap vein is now 2x bigger than normal when I flex haha. I'm now taking my dose all at once around 2:00 pm. I definitely see the difference because I'm shi*ting within 20 minutes again. It seems to be clearing out my stomach completely, which is good. I plan on hitting back tomorrow, which is gonna suck because of the back pump :/ I'll update tomorrow's workout.

I just took my first 3, 10mg pills today upon waking up on an empty stomach. Nothing out of the ordinary yet. It has been 3 hours.

I just wanted to ask about what optimal way to take var. Generally, people agree on after waking up and pre-workout, but should I supplement it on an Empty stomach, while eating, or after eating ?. Also, is there any specific food that enhances absorption (Like grape juice with creatine for example) ?


EDIT: Good job with the progress bro. You're looking more dry/hard. I hope I don't get acne though, I'm acne prone by nature lol.

To be honest, you should take it on an empty stomach for full absorption. Let's say you take it with food and only get like 26mg. On an empty stomach you'll get the full 30mg. I take it when I wake up and pre workout. That's just me. And thanks for the compliments haha.

-Lie on a bench, hold yourself with your hands, carry an 8lbs weight with your feet, and fully raise your legs while keeping them straight from 0º to 60º and then go back to your starting position. 5 sets, 12 reps.

-Leg raises while keeping your knees at 90º. 5 sets, failure.

-Lie on a mat on the floor, and scissor your legs till failure from 0º to 25-30º as fast as you can. 5 sets, failure.

-Stationary bike. High resistance, keep just the front part of your feet in contact with the pedals, raise your seat to a relatively uncomftable, but manageable position. 30 minutes.

Good advise here. I would add some planks for the core.

Reversed behind head Pulldown 115 lbs x 10, 130 lbs x 10, 145 lbs x 10

High Rows 115 lbs x 10, 130 lbs x 10, 145 lbs x 10

Seated cable rows 130 x 10, 145 x 10, 160 x 10

Dumbell rows 55 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10 (felt my abdominal muscle pull again so I stopped at 2 sets)

Cable back extension 140 lbs x 10, 155 lbs x 10, 170 lbs x 10

Tried doing pull ups, which I can't do and managed to do 2. I know that's a joke to most people but it's definitely an improvement to me. I've only been able to do chin ups so I'm happy.

Hanging leg raises, 2 sets of 10

Ab machine 40lbs x 10, 50 x 10

Surprisingly my back pump isn't bad at all. Maybe it's because I cut deads out today. Bicep Pump was nice today. Had a few veins popping in my calves. After today's dose, I didn't have to sh*t like usual. I plan on hitting shoulders tomorrow so I'll update again tomorrow!
 
planks and dragon flags for core development, and i hate to be that guy who always states the obvious, but its really your diet thats the most important factor in getting abs, once you get under 12% bf your abs will be out there, no matter what exercise you do.

I totally agree. I was just talking about strengthening it up. Abs are made in the kitchen

indeed. do supersets of dragonflags with 60 second planks inbetween, the most brutal workout i have ever had, i almost set my clothes on fire i was burning that badly :D

Lateral Raise Machine 95 lbs x 10, 110 lbs x 10, 125 lbs x 10

Shoulder press machine 165 lbs x 10, 180 lbs x 10, 195 lbs x 5

Shoulder press cables 60 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 10, 80 lbs x 10 (these always give me a rash on my arm so I didn't go as heavy today)

Reversed Lateral raise machine 95 lbs x 10 (2sets) 110 lbs x 10

Shoulder side and front Rotations (I didn't set the weight, my buddy did so I can't report)

Barbell Shrugs 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 10, 225 lbs x 10 (did 6, stopped and did the other 4, my grip couldn't support it haha)

2 sets of leg raises x 10

The shoulder rotations definitely killed me today. First time I've done them and i can tell the difference. I will incorporate them in my workout routine now. Strength felt ok today but nothing spectacular. Added 2 reps to my max on shrugs and that's about it. Pump was nice! I like the way my shoulders are starting to look.

Sorry guys. Nothing worth reporting today. Missed last weeks chest day and I paid for it today. Didn't lift as good as usual. Hopefully next chest day I'll be back on schedule. Tomorrow I'm hitting arms. I'll report then.
 
Jeez it feels like my strength is just gone now after a few sets. I did feel a little bit of a strength increase at the beginning but it faded later on in the workout. Moved up on machine preacher curls. Also moved up 20lbs on dips. Everything else was pretty much the same. Ran a mile after my workout and after 2 laps my legs were pumped!! When I stopped runnin my calf veins were just gonna explode!

Strength felt ok today. I messed up by only eating a bowl of oatmeal before the gym and that's all I ate this morning. So by the end of my workout I had no energy at all and felt sick. Won't be doing that again. Pump felt great! Refilled my water bottle and had some chick on the abs machine checking me out ;) haha. I'll finally be able to start doing legs again tomorrow according to my doc. So I'll update tomorrow.

That's only 2 weeks bro. You should start to see strength around 3rd week or so. Also what dosage are you taking? PCT isn't necessary after 13 days
 
If its real, you shouldve started seeing something. Not anything spectacular because Anavar is a slow acting compound. Give it more time and Im sure itll work. Dont give up otherwise you wasted all that money.
 
Back workout today was cut short today, sadly. But I felt pretty good. Strength is slightly going back up. Im also going back to martial arts so hopefully the Var helps out with that. Shoulders tomorrow!

Anavar alone wont be amazing, it'll act more as a supplement to your weight loss provided your diets in check, and 13 days in is hardly any time at all, see how you go by day 30, also, what dosage are you running? Try doing a 4-6week anavar course at 40-60mg's ED (alotta guys on other steroid forums say 80-100mgs but im more cautious when it comes to liver toxic orals and i believe diet is still 60% of cutting and no pill is magic enough to replace it) split into 3-4 dosages with a 6 week course of albuterol at 24mg's ED (first week should be 8,12,18X5mg ED in order to gauge your body's reaction to it and not flood your beta receptors too early) split into 4 dosages starting week 1 of your pct, combined with Intermittent Fasting 16 hours fast 8 hours eating window, 10-12 weeks of this and you will be at a low bf percentage, low enough atleast to jump straight into a good ol' test bulk :)

hit up a bit of cardio recently and felt like i was huffing and blowing after about 5 minutes....how do you think its impacted your cardio??

I hardly do cardio. When I do it, I feel that my cardio has improved a little but I just can't handle the shin pumps! I'll run about half a mile and just can't take it anymore haha.

Felt good today. I'm not noticing any bf loss or weight loss to be honest. But I do see a somewhat strength increase. I managed to move up on a set today and actually finish the sets at the end of my workout, which I usually have a hard time with. Hopefully I'll do shoulders tomorrow otherwise I'll just do my martial art class (Eskrima)

Veins were insane during 21s!!! Usually I only have 3-4 noticeable veins but today I had like 10 or 11! My left forearm never gets veins and they were pumped! Also had a pretty good Bicep and Tricep pump. Strength felt great today! I've missed arms day for the past 2 weeks and got stronger! I'm loving this var, still more to come. I've been busy lately so hopefully I can hit the gym tomorrow.

Leg press 405 lbs x 10, 585 x 10, 765 lbs x 10

Squats 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 10

Leg curls 70 lbs x 10, 85 lbs x 10

Calf raises 180 lbs x 10-2 sets

Wasn't much but it was something. I really need to work on my hamstrings!! I added another two reps on my max for leg press! Pretty happy about that. It was easier to go lower on squats so I'll try 225 next week.
 
Solid leg day brother MJ and bet your legs are crying today haha I love leg days. SO many people hate it, but I love it the more pain the better.

Surprisingly, they aren't sore at all! My glutes kinda are but I feel like I can hit it again. My chest is still sore from Wednesday though haha
