Thanks my man! I'm still hanging in there. I gotta kick this elbow thing before I run SD.

Heal before you run any PH... Trust me

I just bought three more bottles... Going to have enough to last me a year

Ya go with the LGI or Beast?

Beast = overpriced

I bought three bottles of LGI and two bottles of Forged.

Yeah man! I agree I wish that I would have went with LGI. I wasted a lot of cash!

Lockout has **** on sale for $14.99...

really the hip abductor machine? u just moved up in my book! get it girl

Day 21-Shoulder/arms/ab day! Elbow and shoulders feeling good. Got up early and mowed the yard. Took about an hour and a half and sweat like crazy. It was almost 80 degrees with 90% humidity. Definitely hydrating before I hit the gym!!

Cardio-Eliptical
20 minutes (High intensity)
I was sweating like crazy today! Not sure how much it was related to the humidity or if the Test Powder is just making me sweat like this but it was crazy! My elbow was a little achey and kept me from doing curls as heavy as I usually do. I like to usually use 40-45 lbs for my curls if I do high reps. This was my first workout doing shoulders and biceps in a long time. My elbow has kept me from doing these lifts the past 3 weeks. So this is definitely a testament to me finally healing up. I’m loving life!

180lbs x 20 w/calf raise superset
360 lbs x 15 reps w/calf raise superset
450 lbs x 12 reps w/calf raise superset
Wow, I have to say that my legs were pumped so hard after the Power Cleans I thought my skin was going to split. I loved loved loved this workout! I’m still whittling away my bodyfat. I’m very happy so far with this run! Minus a small amount of gut rot I’ve had no negative side effects!

Day 25-Chest day- I’ve now stopped wearing my tennis elbow brace on a daily basis now. I am still wearing a brace to lift but It’s feeling much better than before. I need to just keep working on my grip strength to get it back to where it needs to be! I’m finally to the point that I can really start lifting like I want to again. Shame this had to happen on my “Test Powder” run!
Incline dumbbell press
55lbs x 20 reps (warm up)
70 lbs x 15 reps
75 lbs x 12 reps
Flat bench dumbbell press
75 lbs x 12 reps
75 lbs x 10 reps

55 lbs x 12 reps
Pec flye machine
100 lbs x 15 reps
115 lbs x 12 reps
115 lbs x 12 reps
Damn, This workout felt good! I was still worried about going too heavy and hurting my arm but it felt really really good today. I can honestly say that I feel that USP is keeping my strength up while healing from an injury! That’s unheard of for me. Most injuries I have had have set me back a couple months but I’m hanging tight! I’m still going to go up in weight slowly and start doing fewer reps to see if I can hold up to the weight without pain.

Day 26&27- In New York visiting G/f's family and eating like a pig! I ate potato chips for the first time in years and had a few glasses of alcohol. This is really really out of the ordinary for me. A little upset at myself so I'm really going to need to hit my last week extra hard!

Everyone deserves a break my man. I did the same today at the BBQ we had. Felt good but felt guilty too!

Day 28-Back day! Since this is the day that seems to be hardest on my elbow I’m going to add in more sets and less weight. I never have any issues maintaining back size/strength. Most people always have one muscle group that grows easily and the back is definitely mine. I tend to take it a little easier on back days. I need this day bad! Definitely feeling guilty about this weekend!
Pullups-assisted 25 lbs
15 reps
15 reps
12 reps
12 reps
Seated row-close grip
85 lbs x 20 reps
100 lbs x 15 reps

100 lbs x 15 reps
Bent over barbell row
50 lbs x 20 reps
70 lbs x 15 reps
70 lbs x 10 reps
22 minutes of Eliptical
Kept the workout short and sweet this time. I feel like I could have lifted a lot more than I did but I am definitely looking better. I definitely was checking out my arms in the mirror today. Even though this has been an injury plagued month I feel terrific! My strength is holding strong and my body is leaning out. I weighed in at 188 today despite pigging out this weekend! Reducing weight while maintaining strength to me is a testament to USP’s fine product! I am already excited for my next run!

And thanks a lot for all the support from all those following along! Special shoutout to Gokix and Drizzie, you guys rock!

+ 1 and +1 on losing weight whilst pigging out! It seems the refeed was much needed! :)

Back at ya, ax! You've been a source of inspiration and your positive comments always give me a boost! :)

Day 29- LEG DAY! I woke up this morning and decided to weed eat the lawn since I have the next 2 weeks off school! (More workout time!) So after about 2 hours holding the weed eater my elbow was a little sore but I still haven't needed my elbow brace. That's progress! My abs are starting to show and I have veins popping out that I haven't seen in quite some time!

I didn't sleep very well last night so I went to the gym very tired. I didn't have a record breaking day in any sense of the means but it was still a solid workout nonetheless! I really feel like I'm much more lean but I've been cutting calories back quite a bit. I may need to eat a little bit more to keep my energy up. Still extremely happy with "Test Powder!"

Day 30! Victory lap! Last dose of Test Powder today. I expected a little better turn out for my log but I'll continue to refer people to it and give them my honest opinion about Test Powder. Since today is my final day I will do my final summary tomorrow. Check the original post on page 1 for full details and ease of access!

Day 30- Arm day! Not sure if it was the weather but my old surgically repaired rotator cuff is aching ever so slightly. Not a big deal pain wise just feels like a little bit of arthritis. No feeling of injury. I'm very pumped for my workout today! I want to do arms so badly since they have been terribly neglected due to my left elbow tendonitis.

Eliptical
22 minutes
Concentration curls
30 lbs x 20 reps
35 lbs x 15 reps
35 lbs x 15 reps
Barbell curl
60 lbs x 12 reps
60 lbs x 12 reps
60 lbs x 10 reps
Overhead tricep press
45 lbs x 15 reps
45 lbs x 15 reps
45 lbs x 13 reps (Failure)
Machine shoulder lateral raise (Filler since my elbow is sore)
50 lbs x 15
65 lbs x 12 reps
65 lbs x 12 reps

Summary: Good workout overall. I had to lift lighter than I wanted to but I'm a little used to it by this point due to my injury. I'm very happy with this past 30 days despite fighting through this terrible tendinitis. I feel like I'm about 85% healed at this point though. I just know from past injuries that you should never rush recovery or you will risk reinjury. This has been my reasoning for lifting light the past 30 days. My results for the past 30 days aren't as good as I would have liked but going from starting out trying to put on as much mass as possible and then turning it into a recomp didn't help matters. 2 weeks really isn't a lot of time to lean out. I still feel I did pretty well in the leaning department as Today I weighed in at 187 lbs pre workout.

I'm planning on posting pictures today or tomorrow to show the changes in my physique. I feel that my arms don't look as good as they did 30 days ago but since I haven't been able to work them very hard I am not surprised. I feel my stomach is more lean now than it was before. I still need to get my tape measure and check my body stats as well. I'm guessing I probably lost about 1/2 off my arms. I definitely feel better about my stomach now than I did 30 days ago. Even being a slender individual I tend to have a cellulite looking cottage cheese belly!

Also, please refer to my original post for my overall 30 day summary!

Solid log Ax! Injuries are a dang PITA, but it sounds like TP deffo aided in your recomp! :)

Thanks Gokixx! I'm really healing up and another month or two I may run another log. I'm feeling nervous to put up the pics. I might take another to see if it looks better!

First off, I must say that I'm a longtime user of USP lab products and I've yet to be disappointed by anything they have released! This means that the bar is already set pretty high for this product. As a first time logger I will start out by giving you some background on who I am and what my goals are with this compound.

I'm a natural "hard gainer" lifting hard for the past 18 years. I have worked diligently and tirelessly on my physique while attempting to stave off joint injuries due to a congenital joint disorder. Spent just under 5 years with the USAF most of that time being a certified USAF Physical Training Leader. My goal for this 4 week period is a bulk. If i lose a little extra fat during this run I will be ecstatic, however, it's not my primary focus.

Starting stats ------ Ending stats
33 years old--------
5'9 192 lbs --------- 187 lbs
34'' waist----------- 32.8''
15.5'' arms---------- 15''
39'' chest----------- 38.5''
23 3/4 quads------- 23.5''
15'' calves---------- 15''

I'm more than prepared to be the "Alpha Test Dummy!"

*Update* Week 1 summary:
Definitely feeling stronger and more energized. Haven't been able to fully put it to the test yet Nothing noteworthy in terms of weight gain or physique change but my skin is definitely much more oily. BRING ON WEEK 2!

*Update* Week 2 summary
Elbow still bothering me slightly but I decided to run the rest of my TEST run as a recomp instead of a bulk. I've already begun to notice body composition changes. I'm loving this so far!

*Update* week 3 summary
Still going strong despite slight elbow pain. My strength is staying put despite losing fat. I really haven't had much time to change my diet but I'm having noticible improvements in my physique!

*Update* week 4 summary
Very happy overall with the past 30 days now under my belt. My injury has mostly healed and Test Powder really kept me in the game. I didn't seem to lose much strength and my physique is slightly improved especially in my mid section.

My overall impression of Test Powder is that it definitely works! Do not go into a cycle thinking you will achieve steroid-like results as this isn't a steroidal compound. You will however notice an increase in energy, drive, and an improved feeling of well being. There is no PCT required and does not need support supplements! There is literally no downside to taking this compound other than the DAA may cause an upset stomach in some individuals. I would recommend this compound to anyone looking to increase libido, improve well being, and increase size and strength as well as lose fat!

Impression: 8.5 out of 10. The only thing I rank against this stuff is that it can cause slight GI distress. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to bodybuild naturally! For those pro hormone/anabolic users, I would highly recommend this for your PCT!
Thank you very much for the solid log and review. Quite appreciated!
