question about topicals

I'm new to the whole transdermal thing, so please forgive any ignorance with my questions, but with the topicals like formasurge and demacrine are there any sides or is any kind of pct necessary? Which would be best on a lean bulk?

Side effects are generally less of a problem with Trans-dermal. Whether or not you need PCT will depend on the particular product used.
