So some time has past and a few logs have come and gone. One thing I seem to keep seeing in sponsored Lecheek Nutrition logs is the amount of PR's that keep coming up in the logs. A few members came up with the idea so it is not mine thanks Mattys4 and mnowak1228!!

If you feel you would like to share a PR that you have accomplised while using Lecheek Nutrition just post it up.

Ill start

250 for lat pulls on last set for 5
2nd to last set was 235 for 10

While taking, Mass HGH, Testodrolx9, Intratest, Hypert2, AD-3

Not to mention 315 for deads on sat (not a PR but its been a while)
 
Three week PCT while on AD-3 set two PRs so far the first week my max bench went up in reps, from 204lbs X 3 to 204lbs X 6. This week, which is the third week of PCT, I hit 247lbs X 3 on bench. Never did I think Id be getting results like this during PCT!! Here is a link to my log (for some reason that just doesnt sound right!!) Lol.

Well it was on another forum at the time but I while on Testdrolx9 I had several PR's One being 90lb db On incline for 12 reps on last set. ! I do remember that . And another was standing military press of 140 x 10 last set.
 
It's only been my FIRST day on MassHGH and SpeedX3 and I already popped 5 PRs.

KNEELING UNDERHAND GRIP PULLDOWNS (think lat pulldown but on your knees): 40x12,12,12,12 PR for weight @ set reps

ONE ARM DB ROW: 50x8 45x12 40x15 75x6 PR for each set for weight (75x6 being the highlight... the rep count is a set order x8,12,15,6)

BENT OVER ROW: 115x10,10,10 PR for weight+reps

HAMMER CURL: 45x8,8 PR for reps (meaning I've done 45 before but not for 8 back to back!)

CABLE ISOLATION CURL: 40x10,10 PR for weight
 
Day 3 of SpeedX3 and MassHGH. Did Chest/Tris today. Here are the PRs:

DB BENCHPRESS: 80x10x4 (weight in each hand)

DB INCLINE PRESS: 55x10x4 (weight in each hand)

DIPS: BWx10x3

TRICEP ROPE SEPARATION: 60x10x4

TRICEP PUSHDOWN: 115x10x4

NO-ATTACHMENT TRICEP PULLDOWN: 35x4

6 today. God damn.

HAMSTRING CURL: 165x7,5

LEG EXTENSION: 85x10,10,10,20

Oh yeah man me too Im ready to add some size I want to hit 300 bench 275 front squat and 400 deadlift

Two more PRs today seriously can t believe Im hitting new records while being majorly under calories.

Thanks man. Did I mention that these happened while in a 700 calorie defecit? And only with ~100g carbs a day
 
This thread is a great idea, and you guys are killing it for sure!

ya man Ive been using Lecheek products for about three months and my strength has gone way up and Ive lost major BF. I cant remember excatly but Ive gone from like 189 at 12% bf to 181ish right now at 5.6-6.2% measured this morning before my workout. This stuff is legit

That is amazing man! MassHGH correct? I've used OxyECA, IntraTest, Hyper T2, Melt Xtreme from back in the day. Haha, waiting to get my hands on some HGH! Last year I used OG OxyECA and lost 50 pounds!!

I love masshgh this is one product that I never want to be without. Man the recovery is amazing from it. Sleep like a baby and wake up ready to tear $h!t up. I cant stress enough that Im in contet prep up to 700 cals under maintenance and Im setting PRs. My 1RM deadlift has gone up 30 effin pounds!!!!!

MassHGH is yielding me similar results... And I'm lifting light because I snapped my back up two weeks ago and I'm still setting PRs! This is good ****!

New PRs:

Tricep Dips: BW(230)+10lbs x 10,10 BW+15lbs x 10

Skullcrushers: 55x15 on my fourth set after sets of 10,10,10

Can't wait to see what happens when I'm back lifting 100% and heavy!
 
Shoulders (Day 12 of MassHGH/SpeedX3 log):

Face Pulls: 60x10,10,10,10 Traps are dead, and I blame Lecheek ;)

Seated Row Close Grip: 100x10,10,10,10

Seated Calf Raise: 135x15,15,14,12 (Reps)

Leg Press: 355x10,10,10 (Reps)

And this is 1 week after a back injury had me out for 1.5weeks... :D

3 plate x 8 x 2 sets
strip set with slower tempo and one side at time
3, 2 , 1 plate strip

Bent Over barbell reverse grip pulls with IRON BULL GRIPS
90 x 12
140 x 10 x 3 sets

CABLE WIDE BAR ROW WITH IRON BULL GRIPS
4 very heavy sets. I set PR's on these, I Think I could have done whole stack but had trouble getting it back to starting position.
very awesome squeeze on these too.

Lat pulldown with IRON BULL GRIPS
3 sets slow and controlled 10 reps

Lat pulldown with wrist wraps
New PR's!
3 heavy ass sets

Barbell curls with grips

55 x 10
105 x 6 x 4 sets

DB curls with grips

Cable concentration curls
4 sets very slow positive and negative movement.

I had the most awesome swell ever last night!. felt pumped. I could have kept going but needed to go have sexy time with wife. lol.

New PR's all over the place last night!. BOOM!. I can see growth almost everyday. The masshgh is awesome. I love the sleep . I look forward to it every night. The Cellucor creat is awesome too, Some insane pumps from this stuff.
