Front bi pic....Now in this picture I understand are two slightly different poses but again I see a huge difference in the delt (all them deadlifts lol) and overall size (peak and thickness) of the bicep...also see a very noticeable difference in your traps, chest and forearm...now my only advice is get working on them tris brofantastic week for you

Honestly pumps were sick on this workout. I am enjoying way more the periodization bible this way. I work out Shoulders, back, chest and triceps this way with a bit of biceps with chins and pull ups and some 60lbx10 barbell curls I did in between DB chest sets. Got such an amazing pump on ALL my upper body.
Form-X notes:
-after 6 weeks still noticing gains on reps and strength. This product has gone above and beyond my expectations.

They are in the racks, the parallel section that is like 7-8 inches apart and you grip them with palms facing each other?

Looks like form-x has done a amazing job as well as yourself with all the dedication and hard work you put into your training and diet. I just started the 5/3/1 training mostly based on this log celly by the way.

I read the book on sunday. I have the App on my Iphone also. What I did today though I felt I didn't do enough. It will be a learning curve but I get the concept and I do agree with it. Big compound movements build strength and muscle. I never did dead lifts before in my life 6 months in and my traps and shoulders are bigger now that they were when I played ball 22 years ago.

Was averaging around 25~ reps all the way up touching the bar with maybe 1 or 2 cheat reps.
Loved the workout and being able to rep 210x10 now, I'll be working true 5/3/1 from now on for higher volume and calculating upon 90% of my real maxes, progression on higher volume should be nicer for me, I know I respond better to it.

I love my Chicken Drumsticks! Hahahaha. On a side note, they are actually well indulged indeed, but with Form-X they have grown even more and I finally achieved the definition and size for the cuts on the quads. Problem is...I have REALLY hairy legs...and I am kinda ashamed to post pics like that

-Reduced Bloating due to the AI and "SERM" complex it possesses. Exceeded expectations
-Increased aggression (though many will debate if I need it or not since my pics and attitude does show an angry little smurf...I mean Troll) Aggression and Confidence rose a lot.
-Increased and enhanced Recovery, since going up in weight...dear lord it does make me sore haha and I am a deadlift fanatic So I do go all out on them and I am NOT scared of pushing it to the very last drop of energy in the tank. Recovery did increase, but more between sets as I could complete my workouts faster with rest between sets as little as 30-45 seconds even on the heavy sets.
-I do look for the added health benefits in Piperine and Quercetin and I am curious to see the effect of this Phellodendron Amurensis Extract (Bark). I have to say I thought the "SERM" complex would help more to control the possible Prolactin sides that did occur , however it was minimal.
Excellent work. Deadlift #'s are impressive at your height/weight. Very informative log . From the pictures it looks like the majority of the weight gain was quality weight.
Going for 400 again tomorow. It's chest day but I want to try it on a fresh attempt.
