Late PCT... What Do I Do!!

I finished up a 6 week cycle of H-Drol and Havoc 5 days ago. My plan for PCT was PCT Revolution Black (4 before bed), cycle support, and Nolvadex (4 weeks: 20mg,20mg,10mg,10mg). There was a shipping issue and my nolva just got here today! I have been taking the PCT Revolution Black for the last 5 days, but no Nolva... I don't know what to do. Do I just start the 4 weeks of Nolva now, or skip week 1 since its 5 days late now? Please help.
