Alright brotherssssss here is some sneak pics...next time I post pics they will be my normal poses and it will be aug 3rd....so these pics are ok not a huge difference but it's early still so no big deal :) so enjoy...an AM member told me to work on my lats so I've been killing them for him :)

thanks man!!! Been killing the gym and the fridge (cleanly) so its really paying off!! Wait til the test kicks in and I start two a days every wed n Thursday...thanks again I'm excited to see how my back is going to turn out I'm trying to get that diamond like yours :)

What's that garden hose running through your inner bicep? Be sure to take a picture of that when your feeling PUMPED!

You could look real big doing a most muscular pose. If you can make progress on your lats and delts to catch up I would call this run a huge success.

Like already said, lookin full man. Whats this about lats lagging? Just kidding man...you got some f***ing full lookin serratus anteriors tho brother, good job. Oh, and marriage doesnt have to be expensive-quick story: i'm an ER nurse, my wife is an ER doctor, we got married at her Dad's house, close family only, total cost? 100bucks. We told everyone, we have a kid. The money from a big wedding? That should go into college fund/baby formula/diapers/etc. Big weddings=bigger waste. I'd rather spend the money on **** the kid needs! Just my two cents bro and good luck!
 
Looking beefy man! Icannot believe its only been 1 week. Truly amazing progress.

If you want bigger lats/ thicker back start deadlifting heavy, pull ups, DB rows, and bent over rows. Forget lat pull downs. Back is my expertise =)

She wants a huge wedding so that sucks but I figure if wont ever do it again so we might as well have a nice wedding and honeymoon...and yeah we have 1 little girl and she's crazy spoiled but I love it she's sweet

Day off...first day off in 6 days lol figured I owed it to myself to enjoy a day off even tho I'm itching to go to the gym lol...can't wait to murder chest and tris tomorrow my strength should be up and we will see how I look...I'll be upping my tbol in a few days to 50mg...feeling full as hell today but nothing else to report...feeling less lean today may pop .5mg Adex tomorrow or cut my carbs a bit I'm way to scared to lose what little leanness I do have lol

^^ this. I plan to eat about 5k cals on my fall cycle per day. Dont care if i gain a few soft lbs. Im gonna come off 30+lbs heavier if it kills me. Use the anabolics to grow man. First few cycles should be about being a monster.

There's nothing wrong with "eating big" just eat clean. Your body can digest fats and carbs a lot better when cycling so your intake can be upped for sure. Just don't eat the wrong types of food. I'm hearing a lot of people saying just eat everything in sight. Which is a reckless thing to say if you don't clarify. Diet is crucial as you know bro! Eat big but eat clean big if that makes sense.

Saturday is usually my cheat day that spills into Sunday. Reasonably Clean cheat but 4-5k cals isnt unheard of.

Apparently they are not new to the hype as Nutra has carried em for ever. Some 150lb schmuck (doctors office), hinted at then being around forever, but I could've swore he was speaking of actual raspberries.

Chest n tris...deff kicking in more and more haha couldn't stop adding weight to all my lifts today and it took a lot to get me out of the gym as well it was awesome! Tomorrow will be a pin day and a leg day oh yeah I'm crazy!!!!!! Food intake was great today as well pounded down lots of oat meal and chicken and eggs very clean bulk...tris and chest felt so pumped it was painful haha I loved it I just wanted to rip the gym apart!! Feeling great guys! Will post my leg workout tomorrow :)
