What weight gainer doesn't contribute to acne

never heard of a weight gainer directly contributing to acne before. and besides, gainers are just loaded with low-grade carb sources and are not the best way to put on quality lean mass; you're better off eating more whole food or making your own gainer (example: whey, oats, fruit, natural peanut butter)

Cheers, will do

if you're trying to build muscle you are ultimately putting your body in an anabolic state where your testosterone will be high. High testosterone = Acne (for most)

Hey guys, from personal experience what weight gainers do you know of that don't contribute to acne?

Body type? If your very thin and on the small side and looking to add lbs don't be afraid to dirty your diet up a bit. Added benefit is ice cream tastes real good.

Yeah, I get really bad acne that pretty much covers my face, is there anything I can take to reduce the acne?
