Hi, heres my log for my first cycle ever, that I started yesterday!
Some info :
-22 yo (started training seriously at 17)
-6 feets
-180lbs
-16% bodyfat according to my scale
-24inchs thigh cold
-15.5 inchs arm cold
-32 inchs waist
-455 max deadlift
-315 max squat
-245 max bench
My cycle :
-10 week test E 2x250mg/week (3cc syringe, 25g and 21g needles)
-1-4 week 20mg dbol/2x10mg daily
My pct :
Day1 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day 2-11 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day12-21 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
still not sure if I my should start my AI (arimidex on hand) now or wait if any symptoms occurs..
Other supps :
-milk thistle
-fish oil
-creatine mono
-hemo-rage ultra concentrated
-will start rogaine and nizoral soon, thinning hair since im 15yo
-tribulus (on pct)
I'm aiming at 4k cals with at least 400g carbs and 300g proteins, stopped smoking this week so it will help to eat way more than my usual 2.5k cals..
Not quite sure yet on which program/split i'll do, probably a 4 day split (currently doing a 3 day split)
Still young, but it seems I can't make big progress manymore, bulked to 205 last years and retained like 3 lbs of muscle, didnt worth it IMO.. so I did my research and finaly decided to go to the dark side aha.. oh well. I would be really happy to hit 200lbs after pct, at the same bf% that I am now.. so yeah, 20lbs of muscle. I think its a reasonable goal, since its my first cycle and i'm dedicated 100% to it! If I put too much fat after my cycle, i'll do a EC stack, ive had great result with it before.
If anything seems wrong in my cycle, or could help me to get more huuuge, please tell me!
