Is the numbers beside the exercise the reps for each set? It's strange. Changes from low - high - low - high .... And sets change from 5 - 2 ?

I think he meant for the first number to be the amount of sets per exercise, and the numbers separated by commas represent the actual number of reps. For instance, in SERIES 1 it reads like this:

Deadlifts (overhand grip) 4 8,6,4,12

Which I interpreted as:

WTx8rep
WTx6rep
WTx4rep
WTx12rep

Kneeling pulldowns (underhand grip) 4 12

Which I interpreted as:

WTx12rep
WTX12rep
WTx12rep
WTx12rep
