I agree we need more pics of cauldrons full of pork chops and sausage up in here, not first injectable cycles....

I'll see what evil new concoction I can come up with today...

That pan full of pork chops and sausage looked delicious. Pork chops covered in sausage fat? Thats genius.

I aim to please (unless you're my heart or my cholesterol). And don't forget all of that was browned in 1 1/2 sticks of butter... :D

I LOVE pork chops. Currently trying to drop a few lbs for a recomp, and when I looked at that picture last night I got some serious hunger pains! By the way, if you like pork chops you should try a pork steak. You may have before. If not, it's delicious. It tastes like the juicy darker part of the pork chop. And it's huge and inexpensive.

Tenderloins are good too. Super lean and about $3-4/lb. just make sure it's tenderloin and not loin. It's about the same nutrition as filet mignon.

I live on pork steaks! Haha. I actually eat one every day. It's great for putting on size plus I get them for about $2-3 lb. One steak will have about 900-1000 cals and 100-150g protein. Add that to my daily gallon of whole milk and I'm already at 3400 cals and 275g protein. Awesome. I like pan frying them with a little garlic powder, onion powder and liquid smoke.

yes as I was saying earlier I take half the tenderloin (about 9 oz or so), wrap it in 6-8 slices of center cut bacon....brown it in a pan on all sides at medium for 6 minutes....then cook it in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 or when it gets to 145 degrees internal (It cooks a bit more after pulling it out and comes up medium to med rare)....also, about the pork "loin"...it can also be good but prepared differently....what I do is put several slices into the top of the loin, then fill the slices with a mixture of butter/garlic/parmesan cheese that is in a paste state, and cook it up from there. It adds some nice flavor to it. But the tenderloin is the best of course...

lol, I ate the bacon wrapped tenderloin last night....but I'm gonna pick up a pork loin next time I'm shopping as well...ALMOST picked one up last week :D......also remember to leave the fat on the loin, and broil it low and slow with the fat side up so it melts the fat and softens it up....some people trim the fat off the top, but it tastes so good its worth the extra fat calories...just calculate the calories for "with 1/4" fat" instead of lean only ....

I've gotten a lot of ideas from my mom who has always been an italian cook....but also I get ideas from food network, usually by accident while watching giada or rachel ray and imaging them naked LMFAO....

Rachel ray I want to smash in the face with a shovel and that's not the gear talking just can't stand her and bobby flay. Would love to kick his ass..... ;) now giada is another story. Every time I see her I hope one day she just decides to rub that Italian sauce all over that hot Italian body. I would sop that up with a biscuit!!! ;)

That is a good idea. I gotta run some errands now. Why don't you start a new thread about meals. We can start posting ideas, recipes, pics, etc. Love it!

we'd have to title it "preparing anabolic foods that work well with AAS and PH" :D...so it won't get moved out of this section and into the diet/nutrition section...

I cooked a steak in bacon grease one time. It was amazing.

Bacon makes everything better.

Bacon makes everything tasty I like to fry up turkey burgers in bacon. Had a friend laugh and tell me I was defeating the purpose of eating a lean burger. Haha what the hell does he know!

Scallops wrapped in bacon, shrimp wrapped in bacon, blts, turkey clubs, bacon omlets, bacon everything. I want to try bacon ice cream.

Unfortunately/fortunately I have no problem putting up strength gains, and adding mass on a clean diet. So when I eat dirty I definately put the chub on. Always been that way. I think you mentioned you eat a large pizza a week earlier and I was jealous. Its strange, because my father is the complete opposite. He could never put on weight. Even with a 6k calorie diet he struggled to add any mass.

I can anything and everything and barely see a drizzle of fat. But I'm getting older so I'm sure the old furnace is getting colder as the years add up!

You pretty boys are so cute worrying about fat and abs. Lol. I'm a married powerlifter/strongman/arm wrestler with two kids. I don't have weekly cheat meals... I have yearly clean meals! Lmfao. The ringtone on my cell is Cookie Monster singing "C is for Cookie" (no ****ing joke).
