I was thinking more overall in a sense haaa, you do what your doing. Me & howwedo107 might tag up and do a competition together, just waiting for him to respond.

Then maybe wrxwhit & roblasane can also do a competition together. That way they would be 3 different EPIC threads going on with two people each for competition for a total of 6 people, then maybe in the actual end we can do the best overall, most gains, etc out of the 6. Idk if am making sense lol...

lmao, dude have to ask, why only two sets of pull down? Is the cable hard cuz I'd imagine you'd be pulling 200 or more on that? Were they behind your head or in front? I do 4 sets usually, 2 in front 150 x 10 and 2 in back 120 x 10...were you worn from the DL?

I did pull ups. Same motion. Just threw in some pulldowns for resistance
