Haha oh no worries. Are you planning on running it?

technique88 said:Haha oh no worries. Are you planning on running it?
Jbeezee said:Idk. I'm thinking about running sd again. Love this ish bro. Some slight back pumps but besides that I'm golden. Libido is still high.
technique88 said:SD is sme good sh*t. I used it for a kick start to my cycle, it was the first time I've used it.
Jbeezee said:I love it bro. Completely agrees with my body as far as I can tell/feel. I read a lot of stuff about how first timers shouldn't run it so I was a little worried at first but now I'm really glad I did. I had a buddy who said he only made it 9 days on it cuz the sides were so bad. I'm hoping when I get my bloods done they come back fairly clean. That would be icing on the cake.
technique88 said:I'm going to have to completely agree. I don't know if it was the test keeping sides to a minimum or not but when I ran SD I didn't experience any sides. I did have some nausea for 3 days but that was about it. I experience more lethargy, high BP, and headaches from my androhard/helladrol cycle. Are you running beastdrol?
Jbeezee said:M-stane. You ran test e with it? What kind of results did you get?
technique88 said:Well I used it as a kick start to the cycle I'm on now. I ran it the first 4 weeks and that's when the test hasn't kicked in yet. I had your standard SD gains without the sides. I will be using SD again my final 2 weeks of cycle, the 2 week period of your last test shot and then PCT to solidfy gains and transition smoother.
Jbeezee said:Damn that's a lot. How much have you gained?
technique88 said:Strange day today I must say. Went in to do chest and back but it turned out to be chest. I did start off with dead lifts though. Tomorrow I will hit upper back and biceps.
Is it possible to feel off and have an "off' day while on testosterone? I had 2 days rest, ate very well today, made sure to get in carbs, I had a great night sleep, and drank plenty of water. Even though I felt off I managed to still have some good heavy lifting. I would say my endurance was off more than anything.
I felt weak today =/ even though my lifts say other wise...
Pull ups
BWx10x10x10
Dead lifts
225x12x12
315x10
405x3 (more reps)
315x5
Flat BB bench
225x8
275x6
315x3
Incline BB bench
225x8x8
Decline cable flies
40x20x20
super set with cable push downs
Incline cable flies
65x10x10
super set with cable push downs
Like I said, my lifts were strong but I felt weak and that "empty" feeling. I noticed that I should get wrist wraps because I could definitely got at least 8 reps of 405 on the dead lift but my grip failed me before my actual lower back did. I just couldn't hold onto the weight. I will be incorporating wrist wraps next week.
GreenEarth said:On anabolics or not man, everyone has bad days. Shake it off, keep plowing along man...use it as motivation to make your back/bi day that much more intense.
Think about it this way: a bad day simply grants you a point of reference in regards to how awesome your other days are. If you really think about it, I bet you'll realize today's "off" day probably would have felt like an "on" day when you weren't on anabolics. You're progressing like a beast man, it's your habits and consistency that will yield results, not that one day that kind of sucked. Eat big and keep on keeping on man, I got faith in you!

I think I know where the weak feeling came from...I tried a full dose of ECA and that's what did me in. So far I've been running a half dose and am slowly tapering up to avoid those sh*tty stimulant feelings and come downs, I hate stim come downs. I hated them so much to the point that if I didn't have xanax on hand then I didn't do cocaine that night =) I gave a full dose of ECA a try to see if I was ready for a full dose...not yet. I was coming down hard so I tired quickly at the gym. Tomorrow I will be running half ECA doses and continue that...
My ECA buds...what do you think of this plan:
Half dose ECA for one week
2nd week full 25mg of ephedrine but half dose (100mg) caffeine
3rd week start the full dosing protocol.
Let me know guys thanx...
Good news has arrived. I received my shipping info for my androlean and androdrive so I should have it by Thursday which is when I was supposed to start it =)
Watch out Adonis, I am going to stomp you.
Dr.Stri8ed said:Yeah ease your way into it fur sure, cuz your body still needs to get used to it.
technique88 said:I figured so. At the half dose I feel fine, just a lot of energy so I will stay at it for another week.
Dr.Stri8ed said:I imagined u destroying that sh*t as I read your workout. That sh*t got me pumped bro haha.
technique88 said:Todays workout was fueled by pure anger. I wanted to rip the gym apart just to throw it in their p*ssy a$$ faces.

The most frustrating people to deal with in the gym are the weak pu$$y lifters. Too many people hear someone say that and are scared to start at the gym, but that's not what I mean at all: we all had to start somewhere. If there's a kid in the gym who's weak as hell but is seriously kicking his ass with lifting as much as he can, he's admirable in my book: the people I can't stand are the ones doing lifting like total b*tches, regardless of their size. The other day I had to use a cable and there was this 6' 135lbs kid on it, but I didn't mind waiting: he was using a weight that challenged him, taking short rest sets, etc...he was lifting like a lifter, not like a complete wimp. He probably hadn't been lifting long: to rag on those kids is wrong. Like I said, we all started somewhere. He may have just been starting, but he was on the right track and busting his ass to gain muscle.
On the other hand, a few weeks ago I needed to use the smythe machine. This kid (who seemed rather flamboyantly gay...not that that matters, it just gives you a perspective on the situation) was on it with a group of his friends doing flat bench. Look, if you are at the gym with 6 friends and you're all doing flat bench, you don't need to use the smythe machine! What kind of ***** are you? I use it for incline and shoulder press because I go to failure every set and don't have a spotter. What's your excuse, with 5 friends standing there? Not to mention you aren't working to failure. These kids were all working on flat smythe bench with the most awful form I've ever seen. Seriously doing 1/2 reps, and their negative rep lasted about .2 seconds, it didn't look like a negative rep...looked like they were accidentally dropping the bar. They brought it halfway down, and then strained for like 5 seconds to get the positive rep up - and they were all doing 135lbs. Mind you, they were cycling in 6 people - meaning each person, after doing their worthless set, got a good 15 minutes of rest before the next.
I finally went up and asked how many sets they had left (asked the main gay kid cause he kinda seemed to be the ringleader). He goes "Oh...uh, still got 6 left." I was dumbfounded. 6 sets a piece...with 6 people...I'm not waiting a ****ing hour for this machine, and with 6 people there was very little chance of working in. I just subbed in a different exercise rather than dealing with that bull****.
The point here, though, is that those kids were all physically larger than the kid that I had to wait to get off the cable, but they were all a bunch of weak pu$$y lifters, while the skinnier kid was lifting respectfully. It doesn't matter how much weight is on the bar, it matters how you're using it to shape your body, and those 6 kids were one of the saddest spectacles I've ever seen in relation to that. And of course they were the type to gossip in between sets, acting like their large numbers somehow made them more physically qualified to be assh*les on their sets. Damn, my BP is rising just describing it. Maybe it's just because my program focuses on intensity, long negatives, extreme stretches, and short rest sets, but whenever I see these kids doing sh*t I know isn't doing anything for them, it's like "if you're not going to better yourself, get the f*ck off that machine and let someone who knows what he's doing use it."
Imagine you're an incredible violin player. There's a violin on the center of a stage in Carnegie Hall, and the entire place is packed. You start walking up to it, and some other guy grabs it. This guy has never played violin before, knows nothing about it, and just start hitting the strings and trying to play anything he can. You stand there looking at him thinking "I know how to use that thing to please this audience, you have no idea what you're doing, give me the violin." That's how I feel when I see some idiotic lifter using awful form and ROM on a machine that I want to use. You're wasting both my and your time by doing that, stop being a pu$$y and learn how to lift.
Damn!

Had one group look at me 3 times and continue to talk while i was standing there trying to rack 75's in theyre spot. I was finally like "yo get out of my f*cking way, quit hanging out around equipment youre not using" loud enough to hear my self over the pantera in my headphones. Wow they moved quick.
GreenEarth said:^I got you beat man. I had a guy the other day taking up the squat rack doing ONE-ARMED BB CURLS! Was just curling the bar with one arm, insanely off-balance. Switched arms and kept going. I don't think a single person in the gym didn't look over at some point with a face that said "wtf?"
GreenEarth said:Completely agree. Incline BB and Flat DB are my go-to chest exercises for adding size, although I like my flies as well.

technique88 said:Seems like we all share the same frustrations. I think for the first u6 months of working out I didn't even think about weight...all I cared about was perfecting my form. With perfect form, heavy weight comes easily, hence the name Technique =)
I hate flat bench too. Unfortunately, my dumba$$ gym only goes up to 75lb DB or else id be hitting flat DB all day.
My androlean and adrodrive came in today!!!!
Let's list the tools I have for shredding up...
1)ECA
2) Anavar
3) Androlean
4) Androdrive
I will now be using the test to maintain size and gain strength while I cut down.
