need to take anything after a run of 3,3 & 3,5?

I remember someone (maybe coop?) saying that after taking 3,3 and/or 3,5 that you should take something to make sure your thyroid goes back to normal, I believe lean extreme was suggested. Is this the case, or is it no big deal?

You shouldn't need to take anything provided you have only run these product (esp 3'5) for 8 weeks or less. Any more than that and you may well need to follow the advice in the post you mentioned.
