trifecta stack & nyquil

Hi guys im new to the website but i figured if i could find it anywhere it would be here.

I know it prob not from the stack but i started the stack (m-1d, mmv3, formadrol, and came with generate) yesterday and i woke up this morning with a fever and the shakes. I'v been taking tylenol all day but is it ok to some nyquil tonight?
 
I wouldn't worry about it. The thing is if your sick and you just started the stack I would wait until you are healthy. This way you start the stack when you hit the gym again. One day is not going to throw you off.

Its prefectly fine to take the nyquil while on the stack, but yes like rob said, since you just started it, id wait until you got better to continue it.
